【摘要】：正2013年4月16日,对于欧洲碳排放市场来说是一个"黑色星期二"。这一天,欧洲议会以334票对315票,否决了被称为欧洲碳排放市场"救命稻草"的折量拍卖(Backloading)措施。投票结果传出后,欧盟的碳排放配额价格暴跌超过40%,每吨价格跌至2.63欧元的历史低位。
[Abstract]:On April 16, 2013, it was a black Tuesday for the European carbon market. On that day, the European Parliament voted 334 to 315, vetoing what is known as the "life-saving straw" of the European carbon market, the (Backloading) measure. After the vote, European Union carbon quota prices plunged by more than 40 cents, falling to a record low of 2.63 euros a tonne.
