产权与政治研究:进路与整合——建构产权政治学的新尝试

【摘要】：产权与政治关系的研究主要有三种进路:一是产权与阶级、革命研究进路,通过产权关系考察生产关系、社会关系和政治关系;二是产权与法律、国家研究进路,将产权视为影响国家、权力的重要因素,进而展开产权与政治的研究;三是产权与市民社会、民主研究进路,从财产权着手研究财产权与市民社会、民主的关系。三种研究进路从不同的视角研究了产权与政治关系的方方面面,为人类认识经济与政治、社会与政治之间的关系提供了分析工具和分析方法,但是在概念界定、研究方法、研究对象及研究目的上三者缺乏共识,无法厘清产权与政治之间真正的关系,也无法对产权与政治的新变革作出合理的解释。现有研究的局限要求建立一个有着基本共识的平台,建立一个专门针对产权与政治关系特别是从政治学视角研究产权的新的解释模式和分析框架,即产权政治学。从内涵来看就是产权的政治学分析,从学科来看就是产权政治学,从视角来看就是政治学与经济学的互动。
[Abstract]:There are three main ways to study the relationship between property right and politics: one is property right and class, the way of revolutionary research, and the study of production relations, social relations and political relations through property rights relations; Second, property right and law, the path of national research, regard property right as an important factor influencing state, power, and then carry out the research of property right and politics; Third, property rights and civil society, democratic research approach, from the property rights to study the relationship between property rights and civil society, democracy. The three approaches to research have studied all aspects of the relationship between property rights and politics from different perspectives, which provide analysis tools and analytical methods for human beings to understand the relationship between economy and politics, society and politics, but in the definition of concepts, research methods. There is a lack of consensus among the research objects and the purpose of the research, which can not clarify the real relationship between property rights and politics, nor can they make a reasonable explanation of the new changes between property rights and politics. The limitations of the present research require the establishment of a platform with basic consensus and a new interpretation model and analytical framework, namely, the politics of property rights, which specifically studies property rights from the perspective of political science and the relationship between property rights and politics. From the perspective of connotation, it is the political analysis of property rights, the subject of property politics, and the interaction between politics and economics from the angle of view.
