天津近代金融家的经营管理思想

【摘要】：近代天津金融家积极吸收西方近代金融规范的经验与优点,发展适合本土的金融体制与金融产品。他们通过多元的金融产品(工具)运用方式与资本运作策略进行金融活动,发展出独特的商业管理思想与运作模式。他们表现出的民族意识、地域认同感与创新求实、团结协作的意识,在近代中国,尤其是近代北方的金融界中独树一帜,为天津成为近代北方最重要的经济港口作出了贡献。
[Abstract]:Modern Tianjin financiers actively absorb the experience and advantages of western modern financial norms and develop suitable financial system and financial products. They carry out financial activities through multiple financial products (instruments) and capital operation strategies, and develop a unique business management thought and operation mode. Their sense of national identity, regional identity and innovation, unity and cooperation were unique in modern China, especially in the financial circles of the modern North, and contributed to Tianjin's becoming the most important economic port in the north in modern times.
