碳排放与福利关系研究——基于省级面板数据

【摘要】：根据生态经济学理论,基于中国1997~2008年省级面板数据,对全国及其东中西三个地区子面板碳排放与福利两变量进行了单位根、协整以及Granger因果关系检验,得出以下主要结论:各地区碳排放与福利之间存在长期均衡关系;全国及其西部地区碳排放与福利互为Granger因果关系,但整体而言东中部地区两变量之间因果关系并不明显。据此提出中国低碳转型发展建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of ecological economics and provincial panel data from 1997 to 2008 in China, the unit root, cointegration and Granger causality of subface panel carbon emission and welfare in China and its three regions are tested. The main conclusions are as follows: there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between carbon emissions and welfare in different regions; Carbon emissions and welfare in China and its western regions are Granger causality, but the causal relationship between the two variables is not obvious in the central and eastern part of the country as a whole. According to this, the paper puts forward the development suggestion of low carbon transformation in China.
