绿色GDP核算是1993年联合国经济和社会事务部统计处在修订《国民经济核算体系》时,根据社会经济可持续发展理论提出的新的统计核算概念。目前我国对这一问题尚处在理论探讨阶段。本文对绿色GDP的概念和核算方法以及自然资源向经济资产转移的途径进行了探讨。

Green GDP is introduced systematically in this paper. According to the state data of China 2000, the writer adjusts the GDP of every district in China and deduces its green GDP. Finally, an analysis about the situation of sustainable development in China is given.

传统的国民经济核算体系及其主要指标GDP具有一定的局限性,无法反映包括人力资源、自然资产等在内的真实国民财富。绿色GDP和真实储蓄率则可以更真实地反映出一国的国民财富,并衡量国家和地区经济可持续性。本文对绿色GDP做了系统阐述,并根据2000年中国统计数据,对中国各地GDP进行修正,推算出各地的绿色GDP。以此为依据,本文最后对中国目前环境、经济可持续发展的现状进行了深入分析。
