我国铁路运输业产业创新系统模式及创新因素研究

【摘要】:交通运输业是国民经济的基础性、先导性产业,该产业的发展水平与国民经济发展有着极为重要的联系。铁路运输作为交通运输业的重要组成部分,以其迅速、便利、经济、环保、安全、运量大、运输成本低、连续性强等优势,成为我国经济社会发展的大动脉。我国铁路从无到有,从国外引进到自主研发,已经走过了一百多年。 在中国铁路发展的各个历史时期,技术发展环境、经济环境、政治环境等因素对中国铁路的发展道路都起着十分重要的作用。铁路自从在中国大地上出现以后,就同中国近现代经济、政治发展紧紧联系在一起,走过了一段长期艰难曲折的道路。新中国成立后,特别是改革开放之后,中国的铁路揭开了新的一页,发展速度大大提升,技术创新层出不穷。在经历蒸汽机时代、内燃机和柴油机时代、低速电气化时代后,走向高速铁路时代。2008年8月1日,在北京奥运会前夕,最高运营时速达到350km的京津城际铁路正式投入运营,标志着我国进入高速铁路发展时代,随后武广高铁、郑西高铁、沪宁城际等相继投入运营,预示着高速铁路发展春天的到来。目前,我国的高速铁路已跻身世界先进行列,列车时速突破300km/h大关,正向着更高、更快、更强的目标前进。简言之,高速铁路是在我国运输供需矛盾紧张的情况下运用而生的,其快速发展离不开行业创新技术的发展。 本文用产业创新系统模式和历史友好模式来系统研究铁路行业的发展,描绘我国铁路运输业的产业创新系统,分析我国铁路运输业创新影响因素之所在。通过回顾中国铁路技术发展的历史,,找到影响中国铁路技术发展的关键事件,通过情景分析得出这些关键事件之间潜在的逻辑关系,建立一个中国铁路运输业技术发展的历史友好模型的理论模型,总结出中国铁路技术发展的主要模式,从而为以后铁路技术发展指导方向,为今后我国铁路运输业的规划提供理论参考。
[Abstract]:Transportation industry is the basic and leading industry of the national economy. The level of development of the industry has a very important relationship with the development of the national economy. As an important part of the transportation industry, railway transportation is rapid. Convenience, economy, environmental protection, safety, large volume, low transport costs, strong continuity and other advantages, become the main artery of economic and social development in China. It has been over 100 years. In each historical period of China's railway development, the technological development environment, the economic environment. The political environment and other factors play a very important role in the development of Chinese railway. Since the railway appeared on the land of China, it has been closely linked with the modern economy and political development of China. After the founding of new China, especially after the reform and opening up, China's railways opened a new page and the speed of development was greatly improved. Technological innovation is emerging in endlessly. After the age of steam engine, internal combustion engine and diesel engine, and low speed electrification, the era of high-speed railway has been advanced. August 1st 2008, on the eve of Beijing Olympic Games. The Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway, which has the highest operating speed of 350 km / h, is officially put into operation, which marks that China has entered the era of high-speed railway development, and then Wuguang high-speed rail, Zhengxi high-speed rail, Shanghai-Nanjing inter-city high-speed railway and so on have been put into operation one after another. Foreshadowing the arrival of high-speed railway development spring. At present, China's high-speed railway has become one of the advanced ranks in the world, the speed of trains breaking through 300km / h, is moving higher and faster. In short, the high-speed railway is used under the condition of the contradiction between supply and demand of transportation in our country, and its rapid development can not be separated from the development of innovative technology in the industry. This paper uses the industrial innovation system model and the historical friendly model to systematically study the development of the railway industry, and describes the industrial innovation system of China's railway transportation industry. By reviewing the history of the development of railway technology in China, the key events affecting the development of railway technology in China are found. Based on the scenario analysis, the potential logical relationship between these key events is obtained, and a theoretical model of historical friendly model for the development of Chinese railway transportation technology is established, and the main models of Chinese railway technology development are summarized. Therefore, it provides a theoretical reference for the future development of railway technology and the planning of railway transportation industry in China.
