天津港港口集疏运系统分析与评价研究

【摘要】:天津港地处渤海湾西端,位于海河下游及其入海口处,是环渤海中与华北、西北等内陆地区距离最短的港口,是首都北京的海上门户,也是亚欧大陆桥最短的东端起点。进入21世纪,天津港口生产建设蓬勃发展,2013年底,港口年吞吐量已超过5亿吨,集装箱吞吐量突破1300万标准箱,成为中国北方第一个5亿吨港口,跻身于世界一流大港行列。天津港吞吐量的持续增长,不仅给港口基础设施建设提出更高要求,而且给港口集疏运系统带来更大的压力。天津港集疏运系统与日益增长的货物吞吐量之间的矛盾日益明显。本文首先对港口集疏运系统以及港口吞吐量的研究背景、研究意义进行了描述,并对国内外的研究现状进行了总结。在相关理论部分对系统的概念,结构以及功能进行了界定,详细列出了系统的评价方法。对港口集疏运系统基本概念的简述,结合国内外港口集疏运系统的发展现状及趋势,总结分析了港口集疏运系统的影响因素。在基本理论分析基础上,对天津港集疏运系统的界定、结构与功能进行了简述,详细介绍了天津港集疏运系统的影响因素,并对公路、铁路、水运、管道等集疏运子系统及其相互关系进行了分析比较。在进行天津港集疏运系统综合评价时,对天津港集疏运系统评价方法进行选择,采用专家调查问卷法,研究港口集疏运系统评价的过程及特点,确定了港口集疏运系统评价的指标体系,并利用层次分析法(AHP)确定各指标的权重。根据研究问题的特点,选择模糊综合评判法进行集疏运系统评价,并选取了青岛、大连作为评判的比照对象,从而得到最终评判结果。本文不仅可为天津市港口集疏运系统建设提供依据,也可为相关决策部门提供参考。
[Abstract]:Tianjin Port is located at the western end of the Bohai Bay, located at the lower reaches of the Haihe River and its entrance to the sea. It is the shortest port in the Bohai Sea and inland areas in North and Northwest China, and is the maritime gateway to the capital, Beijing. It is also the shortest starting point in the eastern end of the Eurasian Continental Bridge. In 21th century, Tianjin port production and construction flourished. By the end of 2013, the port's annual throughput had exceeded 500 million tons, and the container throughput had exceeded 13 million TEUs. It has become the first port of 500 million tons in northern China, which ranks among the world's leading ports. The sustained growth in the throughput of Tianjin Port not only puts forward higher requirements for port infrastructure construction, And it brings more pressure to the port transportation system. The contradiction between Tianjin port transportation system and the increasing cargo throughput is becoming more and more obvious. Firstly, this paper studies the port transportation system and port throughput. The significance of the study is described, and the current research situation at home and abroad is summarized. In the relevant theoretical part, the concept, structure and function of the system are defined. The evaluation method of the system is listed in detail. The basic concept of the port transportation system is briefly described, and the present situation and trend of the development of the port transportation system at home and abroad are combined. Based on the basic theoretical analysis, the definition, structure and function of Tianjin Port's collecting and distributing system are briefly described, and the influencing factors of Tianjin port's collecting and distributing system are introduced in detail, and the highway is also introduced. This paper analyzes and compares the distribution subsystem of railway, water transportation, pipeline and so on. In the comprehensive evaluation of Tianjin port transportation system, the evaluation method of Tianjin port transportation system is selected, and the expert questionnaire method is adopted. The evaluation process and characteristics of port transportation system are studied, the evaluation index system of port transportation system is determined, and the weight of each index is determined by using AHP (Analytic hierarchy process). The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected to evaluate the distribution system, and Qingdao and Dalian are selected as the comparison objects, and the final evaluation results are obtained. This paper can not only provide the basis for the construction of Tianjin port transportation system. It can also provide reference for relevant decision-making departments.
