珠海港高栏港区南水作业区新建集装箱码头方案研究

【摘要】:珠海港是我国沿海主要港口之一,是珠江三角洲西部地区主要的出海口岸。近年发展迅速,承担了珠海市的能源、原材料、外贸物资运输任务,对珠海市外向型经济和临港工业发展发挥了重要作用。随着全球范围内经济结构调整及产业转移的步伐不断加快,泛珠江三角洲地区经济一体化进程不断推进,交通一体化网络逐步完善,外向型经济和对外贸易步入新的发展期。珠海规划为珠海三角西部的核心城市,实施“以港立市”战略,以集装箱、石化、能源为主的临港工业正在崛起,区域经济的快速发展对大型专业化集装箱码头提出了迫切的需求。当前,珠海港只有2个5万吨级的专业集装箱码头,新建集装箱码头(4个10万吨级)十分必要。在此背景下,研究新建集装箱码头方案,对完善码头功能,发挥码头效益,实现珠海港跨越式的发展,具有重要的现实意义。 本文共分为六章,第一章分析了研究珠海港高栏港区南水作业区新建集装箱码头方案研究的选题背景与意义,综述了国内外关于集装箱码头方案研究的理论与成果,并指出了本文的研究框架、内容和研究方法。第二章阐述了高栏港南水作业区集装箱码头的现状,分别从南水作业区的发展历程、现有码头、岸线、航道、集疏运体系、存在的主要问题几方面展开。第三章分析研究了集装箱码头的发展定位与目标,高栏港区新建集装箱码头是适应腹地国民经济和社会发展的需求,是珠海港持续快速发展的必然,在自然条件、技术方面完全可行。从而进一步分析新建集装箱码头的性质、功能、战略定位、指导思想和目标。第四章重点进行新建集装箱码头方案设计与评价,从上一章的必要性分析得出新建集装箱码头的规模,对码头的总平面布置、工艺、水工结构、陆域形成与软基处理进行方案比选,得出最优方案。还重点介绍了项目的投资估算,并通过对项目进行财务运营情况分析、财务效益指标计算、项目清偿能力分析及财务敏感性分析等方法对该项目进行了经济评价,经过分析得出该项目的经济效益良好。第六章分析了实施集装箱码头建设的措施,从实施的步骤、领导机构、体制、合作伙伴、资金、政策、土地、公共配套、外部环境等方面提出实施的建议。第六章综合分析得出了本文的结论。 通过进行技术经济分析,得出结论,珠海港高栏港区南水作业区新建4个10万吨级集装箱码头工程的建设方案科学可行,技术经济评价良好。提出实施的建议有利促进项目早日建成和发效益,推动港区和区域经济快速发展。
[Abstract]:The Pearl Harbor is one of the main ports in the coastal areas of China and the main port of sea in the western region of the Pearl River Delta. It has developed rapidly in recent years and has assumed the task of transporting energy, raw materials and foreign trade materials in Zhuhai. It has played an important role in Zhuhai's export-oriented economy and the industrial development near the port. With the acceleration of the economic restructuring and industrial transfer in the global scope, the process of economic integration in the Pan-Pearl River Delta region has continued to advance. The transportation integration network is gradually perfected, the export-oriented economy and foreign trade enter a new development period. Zhuhai is planned to be the core city in the western part of the Zhuhai Triangle. The strategy of "setting up a city by Hong Kong", using containers and petrification, is implemented. The energy oriented port industry is rising, and the rapid development of regional economy has put forward an urgent need for large specialized container terminals. At present, there are only two specialized container terminals of 50, 000 tons in Pearl Harbor. It is necessary to build a new container terminal (4 100,000 tons). Under this background, it is of great practical significance to study the scheme of new container terminal to improve the function of the terminal, bring into play the benefits of the terminal, and realize the development of the Pearl Harbor by leaps and bounds. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter analyzes the background and significance of the research on the project of new container terminal in Gaolan Port area of Pearl Harbor, and summarizes the theories and achievements of the research on container terminal scheme at home and abroad. The second chapter expounds the present situation of the container terminal in Gaolan port south water operation area, respectively from the development course of the south water operation area, the existing wharf, the shore line, the waterway, the collection and distribution system, and points out the research frame, content and research method of this paper, the second chapter expounds the present situation of the container terminal in the south water operation area of Gaolan port. The third chapter analyzes the development orientation and goal of container terminal. The new container terminal in Gaolan port area is suitable for the needs of national economy and social development in hinterland. It is a necessity for the rapid and sustained development of Pearl Harbor, which is completely feasible in terms of natural conditions and technology. Thus, the nature, function and strategic orientation of the newly built container terminal are further analyzed. Chapter 4th focuses on the design and evaluation of the new container terminal scheme. From the analysis of the necessity of the previous chapter, the scale of the new container terminal, the general layout, technology and hydraulic structure of the new container terminal are obtained. The optimal scheme is obtained by comparing the schemes of land formation and soft foundation treatment. The investment estimation of the project is also introduced emphatically, and the financial benefit index is calculated through the analysis of the financial operation of the project. The economic evaluation of the project is carried out by means of project solvency analysis and financial sensitivity analysis, and the economic benefits of the project are obtained through analysis. Chapter 6th analyzes the measures to implement the construction of container terminals, and the steps of implementation. Recommendations on implementation from leading institutions, institutions, partners, funds, policies, land, public facilities, and external environment are put forward. Chapter 6th: a comprehensive analysis of the conclusions of this paper. Through the technical and economic analysis, it is concluded that the construction scheme of four new 100,000-ton container terminals in the south water operation area of Gaolan Port of Pearl Harbor is scientific and feasible. The technical and economic evaluation is good. The suggestion of implementation is beneficial to the early completion and benefit of the project, and to the rapid development of the port area and regional economy.
