出租车司机职业倦怠与工作满意度关系研究

【摘要】:摘要:近年来出租车占城市常规公共交通的比重越来越大,客运量也呈增长趋势。随着出租车行业的发展,该行业存在的问题也逐渐显现出来。油价的不断上涨,“份子钱”的居高不下,越发严重的堵车现实,都影响着出租车司机的工作积极性,其面临的工作压力也是日益增大,通过长期积累就可能产生职业倦怠,且降低其工作满意度,影响驾驶安全。本文对出租车司机职业倦怠和工作满意度情况进行实证研究,对于改善出租车司机工作积极性,缓解司机职业倦怠,提高司机工作满意度及驾驶安全性具有一定的现实意义。 本文在理论研究的基础上,采用修订后的职业倦怠量表通用版(MBI-GS)和明尼苏达工作满意度短式量表(MSQ),以482名北京市出租车司机为研究对象,对其职业倦怠和工作满意度现状进行调查研究,并使用SPSS软件对数据进行因子分析、个体变量差异分析、相关分析和回归分析等,结果显示如下: 北京市出租车司机的职业倦怠程度总体处于中等偏上,司机体验到较高的情绪衰竭和去个性化,且有着中等程度的成就感;司机的总体满意度不高,内在满意度和外在满意度得分均处于中等偏下。情绪衰竭、去个性化对工作满意度呈显著负相关,而低成就感与工作满意度显著正相关,职业倦怠的三个维度对工作满意度具有良好的预测作用。 本文最后结合研究结论,从政府、出租车公司和司机三个层面提出了缓解司机职业倦怠与提高工作满意度的建议措施。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: in recent years, taxi accounts for more and more of the urban public transport, and the passenger traffic is also increasing. With the development of taxi industry, The problems in the industry are also gradually emerging. The rising oil prices, the high level of "some money", and the increasingly serious traffic jams have all affected taxi drivers' enthusiasm for work, and the pressure on them to work is increasing day by day. Through long-term accumulation, it is possible to produce job burnout, reduce job satisfaction and affect driving safety. This paper makes an empirical study on the situation of job burnout and job satisfaction of taxi drivers, which can improve the working enthusiasm of taxi drivers. It is of practical significance to alleviate job burnout and improve driver's job satisfaction and driving safety. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper uses the revised general version of MBI-GSand Minnesota short Job satisfaction scale (MSQA) to study 482 taxi drivers in Beijing. The present situation of job burnout and job satisfaction was investigated, and the data were analyzed by factor analysis, individual variable difference analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis using SPSS software. The results were as follows:. The degree of job burnout of taxi drivers in Beijing is generally at the middle level, the drivers experience high emotional exhaustion and depersonalization, and have a moderate degree of achievement, the overall satisfaction of drivers is not high, The scores of internal satisfaction and external satisfaction were both at the middle level. Emotional exhaustion and depersonalization were negatively correlated with job satisfaction, while low achievement was positively correlated with job satisfaction. The three dimensions of job burnout have a good predictive effect on job satisfaction. Based on the conclusion of the study, this paper puts forward some measures to alleviate the drivers' job burnout and improve their job satisfaction from three aspects: the government, the taxi company and the driver.
