【摘要】：宁波-舟山港位于我国南北沿海航线和长江黄金水道交汇点,水运发达。全球经济的不断发展,带来了世界航运贸易格局的不断变化。“海上丝绸之路”发展战略的提出,为沿线国家和港口城市带来新的机遇与挑战。作为海丝沿线港口,2016年宁波-舟山港成为全球首个货运量突破9亿吨的大港,并入选准全球型航运中心。但是由于周边港口众多,其经营与发展不可避免地与其他港口尤其是上海港存在功能交叉。如何找准宁波-舟山港的发展定位,制定科学合理的发展战略,与上海港错位发展,促进东部沿海经济跨越式发展,已成为引人关注的问题。本文在综述研究背景、选题意义以及古典区位理论、港口区位理论国内外研究现状的基础上,尝试从分析港口区位与腹地之间的相互关系入手,探究港口区位价值基本内涵及影响因子体系、港口区位价值创造路径及方向,进而挖掘港口区位势的核心增长机制,构建港口区位势数学模型。通过测算宁波-舟山港及上海港的区位势,明确宁波-舟山港港口区位的发展潜力和竞争力,并以此为依据,根据港区自身的区位特点,探寻提高宁波-舟山港港口区位竞争力的方法。最后,结合浙江建设海洋强省的发展战略,得出宁波-舟山港发展战略思路及相应的保障措施,从而为制定宁波-舟山港的建设发展规划提供参考依据和启示。
[Abstract]:Ningbo Zhoushan Port is located at the confluence of China's northern and southern coastal routes and the golden waterway of the Yangtze River. The waterway is well developed. With the continuous development of the global economy, the world shipping trade pattern is constantly changing. The development strategy of the "Maritime Silk Road" has been put forward. In 2016, Ningbo-Zhoushan Port became the world's first port with cargo volume exceeding 900 million tons and was selected as a quasi-global shipping center. Its operation and development inevitably intersect with other ports, especially Shanghai Port. How to find the development orientation of Ningbo-Zhoushan Port, formulate a scientific and reasonable development strategy, and mismatch the development with Shanghai Port, To promote the leap-forward development of the eastern coastal economy has become an interesting issue. This paper summarizes the research background, significance of the selected topic, classical location theory, port location theory and domestic and foreign research status quo. Starting with the analysis of the relationship between port location and hinterland, this paper attempts to explore the basic connotation and influence factor system of port location value, the path and direction of port area value creation, and then excavate the core growth mechanism of port area potential. By calculating the location potential of Ningbo-Zhoushan Port and Shanghai Port, the development potential and competitiveness of Ningbo-Zhoushan Port are determined, based on which, according to the location characteristics of Ningbo-Zhoushan Port, the location of Ningbo-Zhoushan Port is determined. To explore ways to improve the competitiveness of Ningbo Zhoushan Port Port area. Finally, combined with the development strategy of Zhejiang Province to build a strong marine province, the development strategy of Ningbo Zhoushan Port and the corresponding safeguard measures are obtained. So as to make Ningbo-Zhoushan Port construction and development plan to provide reference and inspiration.
