基于循环经济的我国高速铁路产业发展研究

【摘要】:循环经济是以资源高效利用、经济利益与环境效应最大化为主要特点,符合可持续发展理念的新经济发展模式。高速铁路是具有低消耗、高速度的特点,是经济效益高、能源消耗低、对环境影响小的理想交通运输方式。 高速铁路是传统铁路运输能力不足、运输质量低和铁路科技进步的产物,它改变了传统铁路速度、舒适性等方面性能低的缺点,是满足当代经济发展需要的现代交通方式。我国高速铁路产业虽然起步较晚,但我国制定了高铁发展规划,并在政策、资金、技术等方面大力投入,我国高速铁路产业迅速发展,现已赶上其他发达国家发展水平并处于国际领先地位。 本文以循环经济为背景研究我国高速铁路产业发展状况。第一章介绍本文研究背景意义及内容方法。第二章是本文的理论支撑,介绍循环经济及产业发展相关理论。第三章叙述了国内外高速铁路发展概况及循环经济背景下各国高速铁路产业发展情况。第四章讨论了循环经济背景下,我国高速铁路产业发展中存在资源消耗、安全、经济效益技术支持及人才缺乏等问题。第五章以京沪高速铁路为例对循环经济背景下我国高速铁路产业发展水平进行评价,根据高速铁路发展特点选取资源、社会和环境三方面运用层次分析法对其发展水平进行评价。第六章根据第四章提出的问题及第五章评价结论,从提高资源利用效率、加强盈利能力、确定合理发展速度、加快科技技术创新和人才培养和引进等方面提出改进对策措施。
[Abstract]:Circular economy is a new economic development model which is characterized by efficient utilization of resources, maximization of economic benefits and environmental effects, and conforms to the concept of sustainable development. High speed railway is characterized by low consumption and high speed and high economic benefits. The ideal mode of transportation with low energy consumption and small impact on the environment. High speed railway is the result of the shortage of traditional railway transportation capacity, low transportation quality and railway science and technology progress. It has changed the shortcomings of traditional railway speed, comfort and other aspects of low performance. China's high-speed railway industry started relatively late, but China has drawn up a high-speed rail development plan, and has invested heavily in policy, capital, technology, and so on. China's high-speed railway industry has developed rapidly, and has now caught up with the development level of other developed countries and is in the leading position in the world. This paper takes circular economy as the background to study the development of high-speed railway industry in China. The first chapter introduces the background significance and content method of this paper. The second chapter is the theoretical support of this paper. This paper introduces the theory of circular economy and industrial development. Chapter 3 describes the development of high-speed railway at home and abroad and the development of high-speed railway industry in various countries under the background of circular economy. Chapter 4th discusses the background of circular economy. There are some problems in the development of high-speed railway industry in China, such as resource consumption, safety, economic benefit and technical support, lack of talents and so on. Chapter 5th, taking Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway as an example, evaluates the development level of high-speed railway industry in China under the background of circular economy. According to the characteristics of high-speed railway development, the paper selects resources, society and environment to evaluate the development level of high-speed railway. Chapter 6th, according to the problems raised in Chapter 4th and the conclusion of Chapter V, improves the efficiency of utilization of resources. To strengthen the profitability, to determine the reasonable speed of development, to speed up the technological innovation of science and technology and the cultivation and introduction of talents, and so on, to put forward the improvement measures.
