铁路商品车物流信息系统设计

【摘要】:随着经济社会的快速发展,特别是人民群众生活水平的不断提高,越来越多的小汽车走进寻常百姓家中,不少城市每天新车上牌照数量都保持在百辆以上。各级先后出台了一系列扩大内需、拉动消费的政策措施,进一步刺激了国内汽车需求。消费者对汽车的需求呈现多元化趋势,各地汽车市场必须保持各类车辆的供应。旺盛的汽车市场需求必须依赖快速的商品车物流系统来提供保障,从而促进了商品车物流业的快速发展。但由于传统的依赖公路系统的商品车物流,受运输量限制,特别是安全性不易得到有效保障,运输成本较高,从而降低了汽车贸易的利润。利用铁路系统开展商品车物流,具有运输量多、管理调度规范、安全系数高、运输效率高、运输成本低等优点,是商品车物流的重要方向。加强铁路商品车物流信息系统建设研究,提高商品车物流信息化水平,对促进铁路商品车物流健康发展、提高物流效益,具有十分重要的现实意义。 本文立足商品车物流公司商品车运输的发展现状,对铁路商品车物流信息系统进行了认真研究,提出了系统总体设计方案,论述了建设原则及目标,根据行业内的发展规划,设计、开发和实现铁路商品车物流管理信息系统,结合企业管理的需要,建立面向多用户的信息集中共享、资源高效利用,运行可靠的信息系统。阐述了系统的总体架构,包括系统的网络架构、功能结构、配置方案及技术标准。分析了铁路商品车物流信息系统的组成与功能,并从物流运营系统、经营管理系统、平台维护系统等三个方面,提出了系统设计方案。而后对其进行安全可靠性的研究以及综合评价分析,以能够最大化满足商品车物流业务的需求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society, especially the continuous improvement of the people's living standard, more and more cars enter the homes of ordinary people. In many cities, the number of license plates on new cars is maintained at more than 100 vehicles per day. A series of policies and measures have been introduced at various levels to expand domestic demand and boost consumption, further stimulating domestic demand for automobiles. Consumer demand for cars shows a trend of diversification. The local automobile market must maintain the supply of all kinds of vehicles. The vigorous demand of the automobile market must depend on the rapid commodity vehicle logistics system to provide the guarantee. This has promoted the rapid development of the commercial vehicle logistics industry. However, because of the traditional commercial vehicle logistics, which depends on the highway system, it is restricted by the transportation volume, especially the security is not easy to be effectively guaranteed, and the transportation cost is high. Therefore, the profit of automobile trade is reduced. The use of railway system to carry out commercial vehicle logistics has the advantages of large volume of transportation, standard management and dispatch, high safety factor, high transportation efficiency, low transportation cost, etc. It is an important direction of commercial vehicle logistics. It is of great practical significance to strengthen the research on the construction of railway commercial vehicle logistics information system and improve the information level of commercial vehicle logistics, which is of great practical significance to promote the healthy development of railway commercial vehicle logistics and improve the logistics efficiency. Based on the current situation of the development of the commercial vehicle transportation in the commodity car logistics company, this paper makes a serious study on the railway commodity car logistics information system, puts forward the overall design scheme of the system, and discusses the construction principles and objectives, according to the development plan of the industry. This paper designs, develops and implements the logistics management information system for railway commercial vehicles. In combination with the needs of enterprise management, it establishes a multi-user oriented information system for centralized sharing, efficient utilization of resources and reliable operation. The overall structure of the system is described. Including the network structure, function structure, configuration scheme and technical standard of the system. This paper analyzes the composition and function of the logistics information system of railway commercial vehicles, and analyzes the three aspects of logistics operation system, management system, platform maintenance system, etc. The design scheme of the system is put forward, and then the safety and reliability of the system is studied and the comprehensive evaluation and analysis are carried out to maximize the demand of the commercial vehicle logistics business.
