道路运输与宏观经济耦合协调度分析

【摘要】:道路运输作为国民经济的基础性、服务性行业,是综合运输体系中的重要组成部分。同时,道路运输与宏观经济相互联系、相互影响,两者之间的协调发展对我国经济的可持续发展起着至关重要作用。然而,现实中两者往往处于不协调的状态,这使得道路运输与宏观经济的发展受到了阻碍。为此,本文将从道路运输与宏观经济的三个耦合方面建立其耦合协调度模型,为研究道路运输与宏观经济之间的互相关系提出一种新的思路。基于国内外学者们对道路运输与宏观经济发展的相关研究成果,本文以耦合理论、协调理论、系统理论及运输经济理论为本文的理论基点,通过分析道路运输与宏观经济耦合的作用、耦合的机理及耦合的方式,分别从规模耦合、结构耦合、速度耦合三个方面建立相应的评价指标体系。基于确定的评价指标体系,构建关于道路运输与宏观经济的耦合协调度模型,并借助耦合协调度模型对我国道路运输与宏观经济的协调程度进行实证分析。基于以上研究思路,论文内容共包括五部分:第一部分介绍文章选题的背景、目的、意义、国内外研究综述、研究内容、方法与框架;第二部分是文章所研究问题的相关理论基础;第三部分是道路运输与宏观经济耦合关系的分析;第四部分是评价指标体系的选择、综合评价值测算方法的选择以及耦合协调度模型的构建;第五部分为实证分析,测算分析了2006—2015这10年间我国道路运输与宏观经济的耦合协调度。研究结果表明:我国道路运输规模与宏观经济规模的耦合协调程度处于不断优化状态,逐渐从轻度失调的耦合过渡到了中级协调的耦合;道路运输结构与宏观经济结构的耦合协调程度也处于不断优化状态,逐渐从濒临失调的耦合过渡到了中级协调的耦合;而道路运输增长速度与宏观经济增长速度的耦合协调程度处于不断下滑的趋势,逐渐从中级协调的耦合下滑到了濒临失调的耦合。本文通过研究道路运输与宏观经济的耦合协调度,既可以对道路运输与宏观经济相互关系的研究有所补充,同时也对制定道路运输业的发展规划以及构建综合运输体系提供了一定的参考。
[Abstract]:Road transport, as the foundation of the national economy and the service industry, is an important part of the integrated transportation system. At the same time, the road transport and the macro-economy are interrelated and affect each other. The coordinated development between the two plays a vital role in the sustainable development of our economy. However, in reality, they are often in a state of disharmony, which hinders the development of road transport and macroeconomic development. In this paper, the coupling coordination degree model of road transportation and macro-economy is established from the three aspects of road transportation and macro-economy. In order to study the relationship between road transport and macro-economy, a new way of thinking is put forward. Based on the related research results of domestic and foreign scholars on road transport and macroeconomic development, this paper uses coupling theory and coordination theory. The system theory and the transport economy theory are the theoretical basis of this paper. By analyzing the role of road transportation and macroeconomic coupling, the coupling mechanism and the coupling mode, the paper analyzes the coupling of scale and structure, respectively. Based on the established evaluation index system, the coupling coordination model of road transportation and macro economy is established. Based on the above research ideas, the thesis includes five parts: the first part introduces the background, purpose and significance of the selected topic. Domestic and foreign research review, research content, methods and framework; the second part is the theoretical basis of the study; the third part is the analysis of the coupling relationship between road transport and macro-economy; the 4th part is the choice of evaluation index system. The selection of comprehensive evaluation value calculation method and the construction of coupling coordination degree model. Part 5th is empirical analysis. This paper calculates and analyzes the degree of coupling and coordination between road transport and macro-economy in China during the 10 years from 2006 to 2015. The results show that the degree of coupling and coordination of road transport scale and macroeconomic scale in China is in the state of continuous optimization. The coupling of road transport structure and macroeconomic structure is in the state of continuous optimization, and the coupling of road transport structure and macroeconomic structure is in the state of continuous optimization, and the coupling of road transport structure and macro-economic structure is also in the state of continuous optimization, and the coupling of road transport structure and macro-economic structure is also in a state of continuous optimization. However, the degree of coupling and coordination between the growth rate of road transport and the speed of macroeconomic growth is in a declining trend. The coupling between road transport and macro-economy has gradually declined from the intermediate coordination to the one on the verge of maladjustment. By studying the degree of coupling and coordination between road transport and macro-economy, this paper can supplement the study of the relationship between road transport and macro-economy. At the same time, it also provides some reference for the development plan of road transportation and the construction of integrated transportation system.
