考虑粘性因素的公路货运平台订单分配问题研究

【摘要】:近几年来,我国公路货运平台飞速发展。它们在改善公路货运市场“小、散、乱、差”的市场格局方面,起到了积极的作用。然而,随着经济下行压力增加、货运量增速放缓,公路货运平台的发展面临着挑战。众所周知,公路货运平台是通过整合众多小型的货运服务提供方,并制定统一的服务标准,从而为货运服务需求方提供优质货运服务的平台企业。而提供优质货运服务的关键是订单分配问题。在此背景下,本文从吸引货源的角度研究公路货运平台如何进行有效的订单分配。本文首先阐述了公路货运平台的发展现状;其次通过分析公路货运平台的结构特征指出专线公司的粘性是公路货运平台发展的重要因素;在此基础上,提出了考虑粘性因素的订单分配机制,包括订单分配规则和订单支付规则;同时,由于投标是订单分配的前提,因此,本文还研究了专线公司的投标决策模型;最后,论文通过算例对比了考虑粘性因素和未考虑粘性因素的订单分配方案。论文研究可以为相关企业提供借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's highway freight transport platforms have developed rapidly. They have played a positive role in improving the market pattern of "small, scattered, chaotic and poor" road freight markets. However, with the increasing downward pressure on the economy, the growth rate of freight volume has slowed down. The development of tir platforms faces challenges. As we all know, tir platforms integrate a large number of small freight service providers and develop uniform service standards. Therefore, the platform enterprises that provide high quality freight service for the demand side of freight service, and the key to provide quality freight service is the issue of order distribution. In this context, From the angle of attracting goods, this paper studies how to carry out the effective order distribution on the highway freight platform. Firstly, this paper expounds the development status of the highway freight platform. Secondly, by analyzing the structural characteristics of the highway freight platform, it is pointed out that the viscosity of the special line company is an important factor in the development of the highway freight platform, and on this basis, the order distribution mechanism considering the viscous factor is put forward. It includes order allocation rules and order payment rules. At the same time, because bidding is the premise of order allocation, this paper also studies the bidding decision model of private line companies. This paper compares the order allocation schemes with and without viscosity factors through a numerical example, which can be used as a reference for related enterprises.
