【摘要】：民航属于国家的基础性和战略性产业,在国民经济发展中占有主导地位。进入二十一世纪后,在国家政策扶持下,国内民航以高速向前发展,明显拉动了国民经济,在此情况下国家先后出台了民航发展方针和政策,全面推动国内民航的发展情况,推测在2020年民航将呈现绿色高效的新形态为民众服务。未来的中国民航运输市场具有巨大的发展潜力,意味着拥有极大的商业机遇,同时也将面临着诸多的挑战和压力。随着国内民航公司的崛起,我国民航事业的发展也进入了一个战略转型期,航空公司只要抓住机会就能在行业中取得领先地位和经济效益。目前,国内民航在巩固和发展国内枢纽机场干线运输和二三线城市的支线航空运输市场的基础之上,随着国家经济发展的方向也向国际航线的研发和开设努力,为民航经济的延伸和发展做推动作用。本文根据新航线开发和运营特点,,对地区航线市场及企业自身的情况全面分析。沈阳桃仙国际机场是东北地区较为典型的国内干线枢纽机场,同时SA航空在沈阳地区经营多年,有一套成熟完整的航线开发策略,本文选择这个题目进行相关的研究,主要针对SA航空自身特点结合地区航空市场的情况和发展前景,设计开发SA航空在该地区的S-M国际航线,对SA航空公司的发展及航线部署具有一定的意义及推动作用。文章采用科学合理的研究方法针对SA航空现有资源和自身发展情况进行了SWOT分析,再对S-M航线的市场供给和需求进行研究,通过合理的航线市场分析和开发方案设置,结合民用航空运输的实际运行及保障情况研究出了适合SA航空开设S-M航线的开发策略,并制定出了相应的保障措施,通过SA航空公司近年来开发国际航线所积累的一些经验,设计开发新航线,推出国际航线产品。此外,对国际航线开发需要采取的保障措施也进行了初步的研究。
