山东高速公路服务区物流配送中心选址研究

【摘要】:物流配送中心作为一种新型的商品集散地,连接着供需双方,是物流产业发展到一定阶段的产物。随着我国高速公路迅速发展,高速公路服务区数量和规模不断扩大,其在高速公路系统中的地位和作用显得越来越重要。但是由于我国长期对高速公路服务区“重建设、轻管理”,还有服务区自建设成立并开始运营管理以来,就一直采用“个体承包经营”的管理模式,各个服务区企业独自进行采购和配送,这无疑导致了大量的资源浪费,不仅影响了服务区企业的发展,又影响了高速公路运输系统的高效运行。 提高高速公路服务区的物流配送效率,关键还在对高速公路服务区物流配送中心的选址,科学合理的选址对于降低运输费用、提高配送与运营效率具有重要意义。目前理论界的研究主要集中在高速公路服务区的规划建设上以及发展物流配送的可行性研究方面,并已经取得了一定的成就,而对高速公路服务区物流配送中心选址的研究还不多,因此,本文立足于科研项目,以山东高速公路服务区为研究对象,运用定性分析和定量分析相结合的方式对山东高速公路服务区物流配送中心的选址问题进行研究,这一研究课题可以为山东高速公路服务区物流配送中心的选址提供宝贵经验,具有十分重要的理论价值和现实意义。 本文首先从高速服务区发展物流配送和物流配送中心选址方法两个方面对国内外的研究现状做了综述。之后介绍了配送中心的相关理论、高速公路服务区物流配送中心选址相关理论和选址的模型。其次,介绍了山东高速公路服务区的经营现状和发展物流配送的现状,同时探讨了山东高速公路服务区物流配送模式的选择,进而概括出山东高速公路服务区建设物流配送中心发展共同配送的重要意义。随后通过重心法在涵盖整个山东境内服务区的二维坐标轴中选取运输费用最小的一个最优位置,由于本文的物流配送中心是建立在高速公路服务区的闲置土地上,而通过重心法选取的最优位置并不在服务区,所以选取距离该点最近的三处服务区,即:济南服务区、禹城服务区和天桥服务区作为物流配送中心的备选地址。最后,根据山东高速公路服务区物流配送中心的选址原则和功能定位提出选址的优化指标体系,运用基于熵权法的模糊综合评价模型对山东高速公路服务区物流配送中心的选址进行定性和定量分析,从上文的三个备选地址中选取最优的一处即济南服务区作为最终地址。
[Abstract]:As a new type of commodity distribution center, logistics distribution center connects both supply and demand and is the product of logistics industry development to a certain stage. With the rapid development of expressway in China, the number and scale of expressway service area is expanding. Its status and role in the expressway system is becoming more and more important. However, because of the long-term "heavy construction, light management" of the expressway service area in our country, and since the establishment of the service area and the beginning of operation management, The management mode of "individual contract management" has been adopted all the time. The enterprises in each service area purchase and distribute by themselves, which undoubtedly leads to a large amount of waste of resources, which not only affects the development of enterprises in the service area. It also affects the efficient operation of highway transportation system. To improve the efficiency of logistics distribution in expressway service area, the key lies in the location of logistics distribution center in expressway service area. It is of great significance to improve the efficiency of distribution and operation. At present, the theoretical research is mainly focused on the planning and construction of expressway service area and the feasibility study of developing logistics distribution, and has made some achievements. However, there is not much research on the location of logistics distribution center in expressway service area. Therefore, this paper bases on scientific research projects and takes Shandong expressway service area as the research object. Using the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to study the location of logistics distribution center of Shandong expressway service area, this research topic can provide valuable experience for the location of logistics distribution center of Shandong expressway service area. It has very important theoretical value and practical significance. In this paper, the current research situation of logistics distribution and location method of logistics distribution center in high speed service area is summarized firstly, and then the related theory of distribution center is introduced. The related theory and model of location selection of expressway service area logistics distribution center. Secondly, the paper introduces the management status of Shandong expressway service area and the present situation of developing logistics distribution. At the same time, it discusses the choice of logistics distribution mode in Shandong Expressway Service area. Then the importance of developing logistics distribution center in Shandong expressway service area is summarized. Then, through the center of gravity method, the author selects the least transportation cost in the two-dimensional coordinate axis covering the whole service area in Shandong province. Because the logistics distribution center of this paper is built on the idle land of the expressway service area, and the optimal position selected by the center of gravity method is not the service area, so select the three service areas nearest to this point, that is, Jinan service area. Yucheng service area and flyover service area are the alternative addresses of logistics distribution center. Finally, according to the location principle and function orientation of logistics distribution center of Shandong expressway service area, the optimization index system of location selection is put forward. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy weight method is used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the location of logistics distribution center in Shandong expressway service area, and the best one, Jinan service area, is chosen as the final address from the above three alternative addresses.
