西部航空低成本运营模式下战略管理研究

【摘要】:随着我国社会的发展,各个行业内的竞争越来越激烈,航空业尤为明显,各大占据市场领先地位的航空企业为了保持业绩的持续增长,从而将大量的资本运作于建设民航设施和增加机队规模,随着这样的举措逐步的实施,航空企业的成本越来越高,并成为航空企业发展的瓶颈。航空公司管理者在寻求成本控制的道路上,逐步探索出一套低成本运营策略。改革开放以来经济的快速增长和人们思想方式的转变孕育出了低成本航空发展的土壤,航空运输从高端人群的需求转变为大众化的需求。在低成本航空领域,成本的降低主要是依靠高密度座位、提高飞机利用率、统一机队组成和较少的人力资源开支。在各个方面低成本航空公司都致力于降低成本来提高企业的利润。 西部航空有限公司成立于2006年,由海航集团出资并控股。随着近年来民航运输市场的蓬勃发展,西部航空实际运营的飞机已达11架,在重庆地区的市场占有率呈逐年上升趋势,并且已经具备一定的综合影响力。虽然国内民航市场正在飞速的增长,西部航空有限公司的年营业额增长量与民航市场的年增长量还有一定的差距,,这就需要在经营和管理上解决一些棘手的问题。随着“民航十二五规划”的提出以及民航企业经营组织模式的改变,西部航空以及海航集团遇到了诸多的困难。建立一套适合西部航空自身特点和低成本运营管理模式有助于提高西部航空的市场竞争力,并且能够使西部航空成为区域性航空领导者。本文以低成本运营管理模式理论为依据,并结合重庆民航市场环境,为海航集团西部航空有限公司的改革和发展提供了一些探索与思考。
[Abstract]:With the development of our society, competition in various industries is becoming more and more fierce, especially in the aviation industry. In order to maintain the sustained growth of performance, the major aviation enterprises occupying the leading position in the market, As a result, a large amount of capital will be used to build civil aviation facilities and increase the size of the air fleet. With the gradual implementation of such measures, the cost of aviation enterprises will become higher and higher. And become the bottleneck of the development of aviation enterprises. Airline managers in the way of seeking cost control, The rapid economic growth since the reform and opening up and the change in people's thinking have given birth to the soil of low-cost aviation development. Air transportation has shifted from a high-end demand to a popular one. In low-cost aviation, cost reduction is largely dependent on high-density seating to improve aircraft utilization. Uniform fleet composition and lower human resources costs. In all respects, low-cost airlines are committed to reducing costs to increase corporate profits. Western Airlines Co., Ltd. was established in 2006, funded and controlled by HNA Group. With the booming development of the civil aviation transportation market in recent years, the number of aircraft actually operated by Western Airlines has reached 11. The market share in Chongqing has been increasing year by year, and it already has a certain comprehensive influence. Although the domestic civil aviation market is growing rapidly, There is still a certain gap between the annual turnover growth of Western Airlines and the annual growth of the civil aviation market. With the introduction of the 12th Five-Year Plan of Civil Aviation and the change of the organizational model of civil aviation enterprises, Western Airlines and HNA Group have encountered many difficulties. It is helpful to improve the market competitiveness of West China Airlines by establishing a set of operating and management models suitable for Western Airlines' own characteristics and low cost. This paper is based on the theory of low-cost operation and management model, and combined with Chongqing civil aviation market environment. It provides some exploration and thinking for the reform and development of HNA Western Airlines Co., Ltd.
