地铁票价制定影响因素分析

【摘要】:地铁是一个城市发展到一定阶段的产物,它具有运量大、方便准时、节约能源等优点。地铁作为社会公益性产品,影响地铁票价制定的因素多而杂。作者从运输成本、运输市场需求、居民出行支付能力、竞争因素以及政府管制5个方面考虑,先对其进行了定性分析,以城市地铁票价作为内生变量,将运输成本、运输市场需求、居民出行支付能力、竞争因素和政府管制5个因素作为外生变量,构建结构方程模型。结合案例重点分析了各变量与观察指标,内生变量与其他外生变量之间的关联性,得出了影响城市地铁票价制定因素的强弱次序依次为:运输成本运输市场需求政府管制居民出行支付能力竞争因素。同时对5个基本因素的影响程度做了分析比较,对地铁票价制定具有一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:Subway is the product of a certain stage of the development of a city. It has the advantages of large capacity, convenience and punctuality, saving energy and so on. As a social welfare product, subway has many and mixed factors affecting the pricing of subway fares. Considering five aspects of transportation market demand, residents' ability to pay for travel, competition factors and government regulation, this paper analyzes qualitatively the transport cost and transportation market demand, taking urban subway fare as an endogenous variable. This paper constructs a structural equation model based on the five factors of residents' ability to pay for travel, competition factors and government regulation as exogenous variables, and analyzes the relationship between each variable and observation index, endogenous variable and other exogenous variables, combined with a case study. It is concluded that the order of influencing factors of urban subway fare establishment is transportation cost, transportation market demand, competition factors of government controlling residents' ability to pay for travel, and the influence degree of five basic factors are analyzed and compared. It has certain reference function to the subway fare formulation.
