中航凯天组织结构变革研究

【摘要】:航空工业是一个特殊的行业,作为国防工业,,同样受到经济全球化的洗礼。为了归纳总结全球经济一体化影响的中航工业属下国有企业组织变革特点和规律,寻求企业适应外部环境变化与竞争态势的组织变革应对办法,本文以中航凯天2000年以来的组织结构变革为研究对象,分析了企业面临的外部环境变化情况,重点研究了企业推行的组织结构变革过程,分析了不同阶段企业组织变革动因、取得的主要成果以及存在的主要问题。 研究过程重点关注四个方面:组织变革的本质分析;组织结构调整动因、主要成效与主要问题;系统进行组织结构变革的方法;总结组织变革规律以及如何改进凯天公司的组织变革。 通过对中航凯天组织变革的研究,提出了国有企业“局部组织变革、系统组织变革、本质化组织变革”三阶段模式,以及“从上至下形成战略到岗位的组织与任务分解体系,从下至上形成岗位实现到战略实现的目标完成与评价体系”的企业双向管理逻辑框架。 本文针对凯天公司两个阶段组织变革进行分析与研究,结合组织变革的本质研究,对公司组织变革后延作了设计。凯天公司的组织变革研究在一定程度上折射出行业管理与组织变革的特点,从中总结出的规律和方法,对其他类似的企业有着积极的参考和借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:Aviation industry is a special industry. As a national defense industry, it is also baptized by economic globalization. In this paper, the change of organization structure since 2000 is taken as the research object, and the change of external environment is analyzed. This paper focuses on the process of organizational structure change, analyzes the motivation, the main achievements and the existing problems of the organizational change in different stages. The research process focuses on four aspects: the essential analysis of organizational change, the motivation of organizational structure adjustment, the main achievements and main problems, the methods of systematic organizational structural change; Summarize the rules of organizational change and how to improve the organizational change of Kaitian Company. Through the research on the organizational change of CAAC, the paper puts forward the three-stage model of "local organizational change, systematic organizational change and essential organizational change" in state-owned enterprises, as well as the organizational and task decomposition system from top to bottom to form strategy to post. From the bottom to the top, it forms the objective completion and evaluation system of the position realization to the strategic realization "the enterprise bidirectional management logical frame." This paper analyzes and studies the organizational change in two stages of Kaesan Company, combining with the essence of organizational change. The research on organizational change of Kaitian Company reflects to a certain extent the characteristics of industry management and organizational change, and summarizes the rules and methods from it. Other similar enterprises have a positive reference and reference role.
