市域轨道交通快线票价制定方法研究

【摘要】:目前,国内诸多大城市都面临着城市空间结构调整的问题。在这个过程中,改善城市交通结构是十分重要的环节,也是引导城市向"多中心、组团式"发展的关键。市域轨道快线是一种连接城市中心区与市郊新城及市郊新城与新城之间的大容量快速公共交通,具有高速、便捷、环保等优势,是促进城市形态向网络化演变、增加区域相对可达性、引导人口、工业、商业向外围新城聚集、优化交通产业结构的重要手段。国内外对市域快线尚未有明确统一的定义,近年来,我国大力发展轨道交通网络化建设,上海、北京、天津、成都等大城市都相继规划建设市域快线,因此要对已有的实现"市域"功能的轨道交通线路进行深入的系统分析。另一方面,市域快线的票价是发挥社会效益、引导交通需求的重要经济杠杆,由于在车站布设、线路规划、开行方案、客流需求及功能特点等方面都有别于其他城市轨道交通制式和国铁制式,因此研究制定合理的票价水平,是提高市域快线在公共交通领域的竞争力,发挥经济效益和社会效益的关键。本文首先从国内外市域快线的发展现状及票价研究现状入手,对相关票制票价研究做出归纳总结,并简要阐述了轨道交通票价制定的相关理论。接下来,对市域快线进行深入的系统分析,包括重新定义和分类,划分了服务范围,根据其采用的不同制式进行适应性分析,并明确了市域快线的功能定位,是多层级轨道交通网络的骨干和城市对外衔接的重要节点,为城市中心区与市郊新城、市郊新城与新城之间提供大运量、高速的运输服务。在分析票价影响因素的基础上,根据市域快线与城市轨道交通和城际铁路的不同点,提出固定费率下按里程计价票制和递远递减费率下按里程计价票制,以社会效益最大化为目标函数,综合考虑运营企业和乘客的利益,建立符合市域快线功能定位的票价模型,并设计遗传算法进行求解。最后以广州市域快线14号线为算例验证模型及算法的可靠性,并分析了票价需求弹性和客流权重参数的变化对票价、客流量和社会效益的影响,为今后市域快线票价研究提供理论参考。
[Abstract]:At present, many large cities in China are facing the problem of adjusting the urban spatial structure. In this process, improving the urban traffic structure is a very important link and guiding the city to "multi-center". The key to the development of group mode is the rapid mass transit between the city center and the suburbs of the city, and between the new city and the new city. It has the advantages of high speed, convenience, environmental protection and so on. It is an important means to promote the evolution of urban form to network, to increase the relative accessibility of regions, to guide population, industry and commerce to gather in the periphery of new cities, and to optimize the industrial structure of traffic. There is no clear and unified definition of the urban fast line at home and abroad. In recent years, China has made great efforts to develop the construction of rail transit networks. Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Chengdu and other major cities have all planned and built municipal fast lines one after another. On the other hand, the ticket price of the local express line is an important economic lever to play the social benefit and guide the traffic demand. Line planning, operation plan, passenger flow demand and functional characteristics are all different from other urban rail transit systems and national railway systems. Therefore, it is necessary to study and establish reasonable fare levels to improve the competitiveness of municipal express lines in the field of public transport. The key to bring economic and social benefits into full play. Firstly, this paper starts with the current situation of the development of the domestic and foreign municipal express line and the present situation of the ticket price research, and summarizes the related ticket price research. And briefly elaborated the rail transit fare formulation related theory. Next, the city area express line carries on the thorough system analysis, including redefines and classifies, divides the service scope, carries on the adaptability analysis according to its different system, The function orientation of the urban fast line is defined, which is the backbone of the multi-level rail transit network and the important node of connecting the city to the outside, which provides a large volume of transportation between the city center and the suburb new city, the suburb new city and the new city. On the basis of analyzing the influence factors of ticket price, according to the differences between urban rail transit and urban rail transit and inter-city railway, the paper puts forward the fixed rate pricing ticket system based on mileage and the mileage pricing system under the decreasing rate of delivery distance. Taking the maximization of social benefits as the objective function and considering the interests of the operation enterprises and passengers, the paper establishes a ticket price model which accords with the function orientation of the urban fast line. Finally, the reliability of the model and algorithm is verified by taking Guangzhou area Express Line 14 as an example, and the influence of the change of price elasticity and passenger flow weight parameters on ticket price, passenger flow and social benefit is analyzed. It provides a theoretical reference for the future study of the urban express fare.
