安徽沿江高速公路公司绩效管理研究

【摘要】:绩效管理是人力资源管理的关键职能,伴随着国家宏观调控政策对交通基础设施的倾斜,这几年我省高速公路建设规模日益扩大,发展节奏日益加快,业务拓展日益多元化,营运形势日益复杂,在给安徽沿江高速公路公司带来机遇的同时,也面临着巨大挑战,现有的绩效管理水平已经不能适应现在企业发展的需要。如何持续提高高速公路的发展水平,提升管理效率,提高员工的绩效已经直接影响公司的效益和长远发展,是安徽高速公路管理的急需解决的问题,因此就安徽沿江高速公路公司的实际情况,对现行的高速公路绩效管理进行调研,通过问题分析,提出解决问题的对策,是安徽沿江高速公路公司一个全新的重大课题,对于安徽沿江高速公路公司的持续发展具有重要意义。 本文在介绍绩效管理相关理论的基础上,对安徽沿江高速公路公司绩效管理现实情况进行调研分析,根据分析结果,探讨安徽沿江高速公路公司绩效管理主要对策,解决实际问题,全文共分为五部分:第一部分为绪论,介绍了本文的研究背景、研究目的及意义、研究思路、研究方法和可能的创新点。第二部分为理论概述,回顾了绩效管理相关理论及研究成果。第三部分为案例分析,通过安徽沿江高速公路公司绩效管理现状分析,理论联系实际,探讨安徽沿江高速公路公司绩效管理的思路。第四部分通过的安徽沿江高速公路公司绩效管理分析结果,提出主要对策,解决实际问题。第五部分为研究结论及展望,对本文的研究成果进行总结,并有针对性提出了高速公路公司绩效管理对策,最后对本研究的局限性进行了说明,以及对该领域未来的研究方向进行了展望。
[Abstract]:Performance management is the key function of human resource management. Along with the national macro-control policy tilting to the transportation infrastructure, the scale of highway construction in our province is expanding day by day, the pace of development is speeding up day by day, and the business expansion is becoming more and more diversified. The operational situation is becoming more and more complicated, and while bringing opportunities to Anhui Expressway Company along the Yangtze River, it is also facing enormous challenges. The current level of performance management can not meet the needs of the current enterprise development. How to continuously improve the level of highway development, improve management efficiency, improve staff performance has directly affected the company's efficiency and long-term development. It is an urgent problem to solve in Anhui expressway management. Therefore, according to the actual situation of Anhui Expressway Company along the Yangtze River, the current expressway performance management is investigated, and the countermeasures to solve the problem are put forward through the analysis of the problems. It is a new and important subject for Anhui Yanjiang Expressway Company, which is of great significance to the sustainable development of Anhui Yanjiang Expressway Company. On the basis of introducing the theory of performance management, this paper investigates and analyzes the actual situation of performance management of Anhui Yanjiang Expressway Company, and discusses the main countermeasures of performance management of Anhui Yanjiang Expressway Company according to the analysis results. The paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, which introduces the research background, research purpose and significance, research ideas, research methods and possible innovations. The third part is the case study, through the analysis of the current situation of performance management of Anhui Yanjiang Expressway Company, combining theory with practice, The fourth part analyzes the results of the performance management of Anhui Yanjiang Expressway Company, and puts forward the main countermeasures to solve the practical problems. The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect of the research. This paper summarizes the research results and puts forward the countermeasures of performance management of expressway company. Finally, the limitations of this study are explained, and the future research direction in this field is prospected.
