大连港和天津港发展邮轮经济竞争力评价研究

【摘要】：近年来,邮轮旅游的兴起已成为我国旅游业的新亮点。邮轮产业以其自身强劲的消费拉动和对区域旅游相关产业的巨大带动,从而形成一种前景诱人、多产业齐头并进的新型旅游经济领域。作为中国北方重要的经济中心和港口城市,大连和天津发展邮轮旅游都有着得天独厚的优势,随着2010年6月26日天津国际邮轮母港的正式开港和大连邮轮母港的建设,邮轮经济必定会为当地及周边城市乃至整个股价都产生极其深远的影响,但同时两个城市邮轮经济的发展也受到某些因素的制约。因此,开展两个城市邮轮经济前景和对策的研究具有现实意义和研究价值。本文首先通过介绍邮轮、邮轮产业及邮轮经济的相关情况,分析了大连和天津邮轮经济现在所处的发展阶段和在世界邮轮产业链中的地位；接着利用三次指数平滑法进行相关预测,并对大连港和天津港邮轮经济的发展前景进行分析；然后运用层次分析法对影响两个港口邮轮经济发展的主要指标进行量化分析；最后借鉴国内外的成功经验,结合两个港口自身的发展条件,提出发展邮轮产业的战略目标及其实施方案,尝试探索一套适合两个港口发展邮轮经济的战略途径,以期能给政府、港口、投资方和相关单位给予参考,同时也对本人的工作有所促进。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rise of cruise tourism has become a new bright spot in China's tourism industry.The cruise industry with its own strong consumption pull and the huge impetus to regional tourism related industries, thus forming a new type of tourism economic field with attractive prospect and multi-industry.As an important economic center and port city in northern China, Dalian and Tianjin have unique advantages in developing cruise tourism. With the official opening of Tianjin International Cruise Port on June 26, 2010 and the construction of Dalian Cruise Home Port,The cruise economy is bound to have a profound impact on the local and surrounding cities and even the whole stock price, but at the same time, the development of the cruise economy in the two cities is also restricted by some factors.Therefore, it is of practical significance and research value to carry out the research on the prospects and countermeasures of the two cities' cruise economy.In this paper, first of all, through the introduction of cruise, cruise industry and cruise economy, the paper analyzes the development stage of Dalian and Tianjin cruise economy and its status in the world cruise industry chain.Then it uses the cubic exponential smoothing method to forecast and analyzes the prospects of the cruise economy of Dalian Port and Tianjin Port, and then uses the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to analyze the main indexes which affect the development of the cruise ship economy in the two ports.In order to give the government, ports, investors and related units to give reference, but also to promote my work.
