C公司拓展中南美洲航运市场的探讨

【摘要】:受到全球经济不景气的严重影响,当今的航运市场出现增长放缓甚至下滑的趋势,航运企业的经营状况不佳的局面。就众多的中国国内大型航运企业来讲,由于缺乏风险管理意识,没有有效和合理的避险方案,在受到经济危机冲击时,都受到了不同程度的影响。作为中国国内大型船运企业,C公司同样也面临着业绩萎缩,利润严重下滑的问题。如何解决这一问题,是C公司的当务之急。而拓展中南美洲航运市场就成为了C公司应对航运市场增长效应放缓甚至下滑趋势的举措之一。本文通过学习风险管理理论和市场细分理论,并以市场细分理论为基础,依据中南美洲各国的经济和地理布局,提出拓展中南美洲航运市场的战略意义。同时,通过了解和分析中南美洲国家的情况,以及和中国经贸往来情况,定位出目标市场。最后,结合风险管理理论和C公司的实际情况,提出拓展中南美航运市场中应采取的经营方式和具体施行的计划,从而论证中南美洲航运市场是值得C公司拓展的。
[Abstract]:Due to the severe impact of the global economic downturn, there is a trend of slowing or even declining growth in the shipping market today, and shipping companies are not doing well.As for many large domestic shipping enterprises in China, because of the lack of risk management awareness, there is no effective and reasonable plan to avoid risks, which has been affected by the economic crisis to varying degrees.Company C, a large domestic shipping company, is also facing shrinking earnings and a severe decline in profits.How to solve this problem, is C company's urgent affairs.The expansion of the shipping market in Central and South America has become one of the measures for C Company to deal with the slowing or even declining trend of shipping market growth effect.By studying the theory of risk management and the theory of market segmentation and based on the theory of market segmentation, this paper puts forward the strategic significance of expanding the shipping market of Central and South America according to the economic and geographical distribution of the countries in Central and South America.At the same time, through the understanding and analysis of the situation of Central and South American countries, as well as the economic and trade exchanges with China, the target market is located.Finally, combined with the theory of risk management and the actual situation of company C, the paper puts forward the management mode and concrete implementation plan to expand the shipping market of Central and South America, and proves that the shipping market of Central and South America is worth C company to expand.
