天津港经营发展模式研究

【摘要】：天津市滨海新区的开放开发早已被中共中央和国务院列入国民经济与社会发展“十一五”规划。其中天津港在天津地区具有的最大的地缘优势,又是天津发展的核心战略资源,是滨海新区发展建设的重要组成部分。滨海新区的加速发展为天津港的发展创造了条件,天津港要以此为契机加快发展,以世界一流大港为建设目标,最终建成管理科学、运行高效、功能完善、文明环保、设施先进的现代化国际一流深水港；建成面向东北亚、辐射中西亚的集装箱枢纽港；建成北方地区最大的干散货主干港、建成环渤海区域最大的综合性港口。天津港要为滨海新区的发展的支柱,为天津的经济振兴贡献最大的力量。航运业在社会发展和国民经济中发挥着举足轻重的作用,做为世界航运大国,中国的沿海港口是改革开发、对外贸易的重要门户,在国家对外开放和经济建设中有着无可替代的作用。当今,经济全球化的步伐日益加快,随着国际航运业的竞争日益激烈,码头港口经营行业的竞争日趋加剧,天津港无可避免地面临着从未有过的压力和挑战。面对新形势、新任务和天津港发展道路上产生的种种新的挑战、新的问题、新的形势、新的任务,选择适合天津港发展的经营模式,优化港口资源,加快企业发展,增强核心竞争力,是摆在天津港集团面前迫在眉睫的一项任务。本文以天津港(集团)有限公司为研究对象,通过认真研究天津港的外部环境和内部环境,从而解析出其面临的机会和威胁,优势与劣势,提出天津港改革的方向。本文主要采用实证分析的研究方法,研究国内外著名港口公司发展与经营模式,并与公司经营过程中所掌握的企业资源与外部环境状况相结合,对天津港的经营发展提出建议。
[Abstract]:The opening and development of Tianjin Binhai New area has been listed by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council in the 11th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development.Among them, Tianjin Port has the biggest geographical advantage in Tianjin area, is the core strategic resource of Tianjin's development, and is an important part of Binhai New area's development and construction.The accelerated development of Binhai New area has created conditions for the development of Tianjin Port. Tianjin Port should take this as an opportunity to speed up its development, take the world-class port as its construction goal, and finally build up scientific management, efficient operation, perfect function, civilization and environmental protection.Advanced facilities of the international first-class deep-water port, the establishment of northeast Asia, radiation in central and western Asia container hub port, the largest dry bulk trunk port in the northern region, the Bohai Sea region to build the largest comprehensive port.Tianjin Port is the pillar of Binhai New area and the biggest contribution to Tianjin's economic development.The shipping industry plays an important role in the social development and the national economy. As a big shipping country in the world, China's coastal ports are an important gateway to reform and development and foreign trade.In the opening up of the country and economic construction has an irreplaceable role.Nowadays, the pace of economic globalization is speeding up day by day. With the competition of international shipping industry becoming increasingly fierce, the competition of terminal and port management industry is intensifying day by day. Tianjin Port is inevitably facing the pressure and challenge that has never existed before.In the face of the new situation, new tasks and various new challenges, new problems, new situations and new tasks arising from the development of Tianjin Port, we should choose a business model suitable for the development of Tianjin Port, optimize port resources, and speed up the development of enterprises.Strengthening core competitiveness is an urgent task in front of Tianjin Port Group.This paper takes Tianjin Port (Group) Co., Ltd as the research object, analyzes the opportunities and threats, advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward the direction of the reform of Tianjin Port by studying the external and internal environment of Tianjin Port.This article mainly adopts the empirical analysis research method, studies the domestic and foreign famous port company development and the management pattern, and combines with the company management process grasps the enterprise resources and the external environment condition, puts forward the suggestion to the Tianjin port management development.
