关于铁路科技国际化战略的研究

【摘要】：铁路科技国际化战略对于大幅提升铁路科技国际合作水平,广泛吸纳和利用国际科技资源,推出我国铁路的技术和标准体系,打造我国铁路品牌,开拓国际市场,提高我国铁路科技在国际行业领域的话语权等方面具有重要作用。在阐述科技国际化内涵和发展趋势的基础上,分析我国铁路科技国际化战略的内涵和战略目标,提出铁路科技国际化和科研机构国际化的主要内容,从国际交流合作、科技资源配置、国际运输通道建设、行业标准国际化及国际化人才队伍建设等方面出发,系统研究我国铁路科技国际化战略的实施途径,增强我国铁路科技创新能力和国际影响力。
[Abstract]:The strategy of internationalization of railway science and technology has greatly improved the level of international cooperation in railway science and technology, extensively absorbed and utilized international scientific and technological resources, introduced the technology and standard system of China's railways, created Chinese railway brands, and opened up international markets.It plays an important role in improving Chinese railway science and technology in the field of international industry.On the basis of expounding the connotation and development trend of the internationalization of science and technology, this paper analyzes the connotation and strategic goal of the internationalization strategy of railway science and technology in China, and puts forward the main contents of the internationalization of railway science and technology and the internationalization of scientific research institutions.From the aspects of the allocation of scientific and technological resources, the construction of international transportation channels, the internationalization of industry standards and the construction of international talents, this paper systematically studies the ways to implement the strategy of internationalization of railway science and technology in China.Strengthen our railway science and technology innovation ability and international influence.
