基于Flexsim的吉林省交通厅物资供应站物流仓储系统研究

【摘要】:随着全球经济的不断发展,现代企业不得不面对更多新的机遇和挑战,怎样能在不断变化的市场中寻求新的发展动力是摆在企业面前的一个重要难题。在我国经济发展的过程中,现代物流发挥着非常重要的作用,因为它是一种非常先进的管理技术,与此同时,也是一种非常先进的组织方式,融合了高新技术,实现了经济高效地运行。仓储是现代物流管理中的唯一一个静态的环节,可以说是现代物流管理中非常重要的一个环节,但是随着社会经济发展的不断进步,仓储管理正逐渐被企业管理者们所忽视,都认为它不是一件重要的事情,因为大家都在不断地追求低库存甚至是零库存。现代物流业的发展是一个可持续的过程,仓储业作为物流业的核心业务,也要有一个可持续的发展过程,尤其随着物流业发展的速度不断加快,对于货物的流通速度也提出了更快的要求,对于仓储业的现代化的要求,特别是出入库的效率和仓库的布局设置等方面都提出了非常高的要求,所以说仓储的重要性是无法被消除的。 本文通过对吉林省交通厅物资供应站应急物资的出入库情况进行研究,重点研究了该物资供应站出入库的流程是否合理,在调查研究的基础上,对物资供应站的仓库布局进行了合理的假设和简化,建立了物资供应站的物流仓储的概念模型,并结合排队理论对物资供应站的物流仓储作业系统进行了分析。 本文以Flexsim仿真软件为平台,并结合离散事件系统建模理论,在物资供应站物流仓储系统模型的基础之上,采用经验分布参数,建立了物资供应站的物流仓储系统的仿真模型。运行所建立的仿真模型,研究物流仓储系统的一些情况,例如暂存区是否出现应急物资的排队现象、操作员和叉车的利用率等问题,并将仿真的分析结果以饼图的形式输出。 本文研究的是吉林省交通厅物资供应站物流仓储系统出入库作业流程的优化问题。通过对仿真所得数据的分析,找出影响物资供应站物流仓储系统作业系统的瓶颈因素,并分析其存在的可能原因,从而对其中一些布局及参数进行调整,,重新建立仿真模型并运行Flexsim仿真软件的统计分析工具重新输出仿真结果。 本文将仿真技术应用到吉林省交通厅物资供应站的物流仓储系统中去,通过建立系统仿真模型,可以将现实中的物流系统用模型反映出来,并可以对运行中的数据进行实时的监测,这样可以使操作人员对物流仓储系统有个更加深刻的认识,除此之外,还可以作为决策和优化的工具,来对现实中的物流仓储系统进行改善,以降低物资供应站的成本,从而使物流系统趋于完善和具有一定的可行性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the global economy, modern enterprises have to face more new opportunities and challenges. How to find new development power in the constantly changing market is an important problem in front of enterprises.In the process of our country's economic development, modern logistics plays a very important role, because it is a very advanced management technology, at the same time, it is also a very advanced organization method, which combines high and new technology.Economic and efficient operation has been realized.Warehousing is the only static link in modern logistics management, can be said to be a very important link in modern logistics management, but with the continuous progress of social and economic development, warehouse management is gradually ignored by enterprise managers.Think it is not an important thing, because everyone is constantly in the pursuit of low inventory or even zero inventory.The development of modern logistics industry is a sustainable process. As the core business of logistics industry, warehousing industry should also have a sustainable development process, especially with the rapid development of logistics industry.It has also put forward faster requirements for the speed of circulation of goods, and very high requirements for the modernization of the warehousing industry, especially for the efficiency of entering and leaving warehouses and the layout and setting of warehouses, etc.So the importance of warehousing cannot be eliminated.In this paper, through the study of the situation of the emergency materials in the supply station of Jilin Provincial Transportation Department, the paper focuses on whether the flow of the material supply station is reasonable or not, on the basis of the investigation and research.The warehouse layout of the material supply station is reasonably assumed and simplified, the conceptual model of the logistics storage of the material supply station is established, and the logistics warehouse operation system of the material supply station is analyzed in combination with the queuing theory.Based on the Flexsim simulation software and the discrete event system modeling theory, based on the logistics storage system model of the material supply station, the simulation model of the logistics storage system of the material supply station is established by using the empirical distribution parameters.The simulation model is established to study some situations of the logistics storage system, such as whether the emergency material queuing phenomenon appears in the temporary storage area, the utilization ratio of the operator and the forklift truck and so on. The simulation results are output in the form of pie chart.This paper studies the optimization of the operation flow of the material supply station of Jilin Provincial Transportation Department.Based on the analysis of the simulation data, the bottleneck factors affecting the operation system of logistics warehousing system in the material supply station are found out, and the possible reasons for their existence are analyzed, and some of the layout and parameters are adjusted.The simulation model is re-established and the statistical analysis tool of Flexsim simulation software is used to re-output the simulation results.In this paper, the simulation technology is applied to the logistics storage system of the material supply station of Jilin Provincial Transportation Department. By establishing the system simulation model, the real logistics system can be reflected by the model.And it can monitor the running data in real time, so that operators can have a deeper understanding of logistics warehousing system, in addition, it can also be used as a decision-making and optimization tool.To improve the logistics warehousing system in order to reduce the cost of the material supply station, so that the logistics system tends to be perfect and has certain feasibility.
