基于多目标的机队最优配置方法研究

【摘要】:机队是航空公司开展各种运输活动的基础资源,机队规划则是航空公司在航空市场激烈的竞争中获取优势的核心战略手段。机队规划的实质就是在满足航线旅客需求的基础上,利用机队和航线资源的合理分配,降低航空公司运营成本,实现低成本、高效益的优化目标。本文在考虑航线旅客需求分布的基础上,建立了一个考虑旅客溢出成本和客座率问题的多目标机队优化配置模型。首先,在考虑影响机队规划因素后,建立了一个以降低飞机飞行成本为目的的一般单目标机队优化配置模型,利用国内某个航空公司的实际数据对该模型进行了实例求解和验证,优化结果表明该模型是可行的;其次,根据实际航空市场环境,分析了旅客溢出情况对航空公司造成的多方面的负面影响,构建出一个多目标机队优化配置模型,该模型的目的是既要降低考虑旅客溢出的机队飞行成本,又要确保机队有较高的客座率;最后,讨论了解决此类多目标决策问题的求解方法,最终确定出一种基于隶属函数,将多目标问题转换成单目标问题的模糊线性求解方案,并在LINGO软件中对其进行实例仿真。通过对比仿真结果和原计划数据,证明了本文建立的多目标机队优化配置模型具有现实理论意义。
[Abstract]:Fleet is the basic resource for airlines to carry out various transportation activities, and fleet planning is the core strategic means for airlines to gain advantages in the fierce competition in the aviation market.The essence of fleet planning is to use the rational allocation of air fleet and airline resources on the basis of meeting the demand of airline passengers, to reduce the operating cost of airlines, and to realize the optimization goal of low cost and high benefit.On the basis of considering the demand distribution of airline passengers, a multi-objective fleet optimal allocation model considering passenger spillover cost and passenger seat ratio is established in this paper.First of all, after considering the factors that affect the flight planning, a general single-objective fleet optimal configuration model is established to reduce the flight cost of the aircraft.The model is solved and verified by using the actual data of a domestic airline. The optimization results show that the model is feasible. Secondly, according to the actual aviation market environment,In this paper, the negative effects of passenger spillover on airlines are analyzed, and a multi-objective fleet optimal configuration model is constructed. The purpose of the model is to reduce the flight cost of aircraft with passenger spillover.Finally, the solution method of solving this kind of multi-objective decision problem is discussed, and a fuzzy linear solution scheme of converting multi-objective problem to single-objective problem based on membership function is determined.And in the LINGO software to carry on the example simulation.By comparing the simulation results with the original plan data, it is proved that the multi-objective fleet optimal configuration model established in this paper has practical theoretical significance.
