低碳视角下集装箱港口内陆集疏运网络优化研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着经济的快速发展,环境安全与经济发展的矛盾越发突出。碳排放问题也极大地引起了人们的关注,越来越多的国家走上了低碳发展的道路。作为全球工业的一大部分,交通运输业的碳排放问题也越来越多地抓住人们的眼球。集装箱运输快速发展,成为交通运输业重要的一部分。我国目前在集装箱集疏运过程中存在诸多问题,如服务瓶颈、设施冗余、重复建设等等。集装箱运输业的决速发展对港口的集疏运系统能力提出了更高的要求,因此如何对其进行有效规划具有重要的意义。作为一大能源消耗方,交通运输业内部拥有很大的节能减排空间,发展低碳运输十分必要。在分析规划的过程中,加入碳环境成本的分析,是顺应历史的主流,也是不能避免的问题。将低碳理念引入集装箱内陆集疏运网络优化研究中具有超前意识和实际意义。 在此背景下,本论文综合集装箱港口集疏运系统和碳排放相关理论,如港口集疏运系统的含义、组成、过程,低碳航运的含义、发展的总体目标和基本原则,港口集疏运与低碳航运的现状、港口集疏运网络分析、OD流量预测方法等,并将碳排放量转化为碳排放环境成本,建立了以集装箱内陆集疏运总成本最小为目标的集装箱内陆集疏运网络优化模型,应用遗传算法进行解答。并应用到1个集装箱港、3个集装箱中转站、6个城市共10个节点组成的集疏运网络中进行实例分析,探讨了有碳排放成本和无碳排放成本时对优化结果的影响,并提出一定的对策建议。实例结果表明本论文所建立的模型合理有效,能为集装箱内陆集疏运网络决策提供理论依据,并为低碳运输的深入研究提供了一些前期理论。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, the contradiction between environmental security and economic development is more and more prominent.The problem of carbon emissions has aroused great concern, and more and more countries have embarked on the path of low-carbon development.As a major part of global industry, carbon emissions from transport industry are increasingly attracting the attention of people.The rapid development of container transportation has become an important part of the transportation industry.There are many problems in container transportation in China, such as service bottleneck, facility redundancy, repeated construction and so on.The rapid development of container transportation has put forward higher requirements for the capacity of port transportation system, so how to plan it effectively is of great significance.As a major energy consumer, transportation industry has a lot of energy saving and emission reduction space, so it is necessary to develop low-carbon transportation.In the process of analysis and planning, it is necessary to add the analysis of carbon environmental cost to the mainstream of history.The introduction of low carbon concept into the optimization of container inland transportation network has the sense of leading and practical significance.Under this background, this paper synthesizes the container port transportation system and the carbon emission related theory, such as the port transportation system meaning, composition, process, the meaning of low-carbon shipping, the overall goal and basic principle of development.The current situation of port transportation and low-carbon shipping, the analysis of port transportation network and OD flow forecasting methods, and the transformation of carbon emissions into environmental cost of carbon emissions,The optimization model of container inland transportation network is established with the aim of minimizing the total cost of container inland transportation. Genetic algorithm is applied to solve the problem.It is applied to a container port, 3 container transfer stations, 6 cities and 10 nodes to analyze the effect of carbon emission cost and non-carbon emission cost on the optimization results.And put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.The results show that the model established in this paper is reasonable and effective, which can provide theoretical basis for the decision of container inland transportation network, and provide some previous theories for the further study of low-carbon transportation.
