海运物流服务能力建模及其平衡优化算法

【摘要】:海运物流服务已经成为现代物流服务业的重要组成部分,其在国民经济中的重要影响毋庸置疑,然而我国海运物流服务中尚存在各种问题。为了提高海运物流服务生产效率和服务水平,论文对海运物流服务能力及其平衡优化方法进行了研究。 通过对海运物流服务基本服务及其量化标准和服务流程的研究,论文欲建立海运物流服务能力的体系结构,即对海运物流服务能力进行了形式化定义、分类、量化。在此研究基础上,建立海运物流服务能力模型,,包括:“点能力模型”、“线能力模型”以及“网能力模型”。结合海运物流服务供应链具体结构特点,建立内陆的海运物流服务能力网络模型,分析内陆海运物流服务网络的瓶颈海运物流服务能力。 针对场站海运物流服务能力模型堆存空间有限的特点,建立了“箱区堆存服务能力平衡优化模型”和“场桥装卸服务能力平衡优化模型”,这两者都是场站海运物流服务的关键服务能力平衡优化模型。同时,针对以场站为核心的海运物流服务能力网络的空箱调运问题,建立陆运空箱调运服务能力平衡优化模型。按照对海运物流服务需求先平衡再优化的指导思想,提高海运物流的服务生产效率和服务水平。 基于标准PSO(Particle Swarm optimization)算法结合论文的模型离散数据、多目标优化、服务需求动态变化等特点,设计离散多目标动态优化PSO算法,主要提出了“环境追踪和防止早熟”两个改进。 通过实验对论文提出的“双目标平衡优化模型”既能提高海运物流服务生产效率又能提高海运物流服务水平,并且对论文提出的改进算法能够针对离散多目标动态优化问题很好的求解进行证明。同时结合具体的研究设计了一个小型的场站海运物流服务能力管理系统。
[Abstract]:Marine logistics service has become an important part of modern logistics services, its important impact in the national economy is beyond doubt, however, there are still a variety of problems in marine logistics services in China.In order to improve the production efficiency and service level of marine logistics service, the paper studies the service capacity and its balance optimization method.Based on the research of the basic service of marine logistics service and its quantification standard and service flow, the paper intends to establish the system structure of the service capacity of maritime logistics service, that is, the formalized definition, classification and quantification of the service capacity of maritime logistics service.On the basis of this research, the capacity model of maritime logistics service is established, including "point capability model", "line capacity model" and "network capability model".Combined with the characteristics of the supply chain of maritime logistics service, the network model of inland maritime logistics service capacity is established, and the bottleneck of inland maritime logistics service network is analyzed.In view of the limited storage space of the logistics service model, a "balance optimization model of storage service capacity in container area" and "balance optimization model of loading and unloading service capacity of field bridge" are established.Both of them are the key service capacity balance optimization model of field station maritime logistics service.At the same time, aiming at the problem of empty container transportation in the network of marine logistics service capacity, an optimization model of land transportation empty container dispatching service capacity is established.According to the guiding ideology of balancing and optimizing the demand for maritime logistics service, the service production efficiency and service level of marine logistics are improved.Based on the standard PSO(Particle Swarm optimization algorithm combined with the characteristics of discrete model data, multi-objective optimization and dynamic change of service demand, the discrete multi-objective dynamic optimization PSO algorithm is designed, and two improvements of "environment tracking and preventing precocity" are proposed.The "double objective equilibrium optimization model" proposed by the experiment can not only improve the production efficiency of maritime logistics service, but also improve the level of maritime logistics service.And the improved algorithm proposed in this paper can be proved to solve the discrete multi-objective dynamic optimization problem.At the same time, a small capacity management system of marine logistics service is designed based on the specific research.
