基于博弈分析的道路运输企业节能减排发展策略研究

【摘要】:《交通运输“十二五”发展规划》提出节能减排应成为我国交通运输行业的发展重点。而道路运输行业是我国五大运输方式中最大的耗油行业,,也是尾气排放最多的行业之一,因此推进道路运输节能减排对整个交通运输行业和国民经济都具有重要的意义。道路运输行业的节能减排主要是通过道路运输企业的管理和控制来提高营运车辆的燃料使用率、降低燃料的消耗和减少机动车尾气排放来实现的。所以,本文以道路运输企业为研究对象,运用博弈分析方法对影响道路运输企业节能减排的内外部影响因素进行研究,并针对各个影响因素提出道路运输企业的节能减排发展策略。 首先,文章在对博弈理论及其在交通和企业节能减排领域当中的应用进行概述的基础上,论述了博弈论运用到道路运输企业节能减排中的可行性,并对我国道路运输企业节能减排利益相关主体进行了了分析,得到博弈分析框架;其次,根据服务利润链理论确定了驾驶员为道路运输企业内部节能减排利益相关者,以节能减排为目标对道路运输企业和驾驶员之间进行博弈分析,并进行求解,得到了驾驶员对企业的节能减排战略合作与否的主要影响因素;再次,分别以政府、其它道路运输企业和消费者为企业节能减排的外部利益相关者进行了节能减排博弈分析,通过模型求解确定了影响道路运输企业采取节能减排措施的外部影响因素;最后,分别针对道路运输企业与驾驶员、政府、其他运输企业以及消费者之间博弈的结果提出道路运输企业节能减排发展策略。 本研究将进一步推进我国道路运输企业的节能减排管理,使得运输组织和运输企业的管理人员对运输企业的节能减排管理有了进一步的认识,提高企业节能减排的积极性。
[Abstract]:The 12th Five-Year Plan of Transportation puts forward that energy saving and emission reduction should become the key point of the development of transportation industry in China.The road transport industry is the largest fuel consumption industry among the five major modes of transport in China, and it is also one of the industries with the most exhaust emissions. Therefore, it is of great significance to promote energy saving and emission reduction in road transport for the whole transportation industry and the national economy.The energy saving and emission reduction of road transportation industry is mainly realized by the management and control of road transport enterprises to improve the fuel utilization rate of operating vehicles, reduce fuel consumption and reduce vehicle exhaust emissions.Therefore, this paper takes the road transport enterprises as the research object, uses the game analysis method to study the internal and external influence factors of the road transport enterprises' energy saving and emission reduction.The development strategies of energy saving and emission reduction for road transport enterprises are also put forward.First of all, on the basis of summarizing the game theory and its application in the field of transportation and enterprise energy saving and emission reduction, the paper discusses the feasibility of applying game theory to road transportation enterprises energy saving and emission reduction.The main body of energy-saving and emission reduction of road transport enterprises in China is analyzed, and the game analysis framework is obtained. Secondly, according to the theory of service profit chain, the driver is identified as the stakeholders of energy saving and emission reduction in road transport enterprises.Taking energy conservation and emission reduction as the goal, the game analysis between road transport enterprises and drivers is carried out, and the main factors influencing the cooperation between drivers and enterprises in energy saving and emission reduction strategy are obtained. Thirdly, respectively, the government,Other road transport enterprises and consumers for the enterprise energy conservation and emission reduction external stakeholders to conduct energy conservation and emission reduction game analysis, through the model solution to determine the impact of road transport enterprises to take energy-saving measures; finally,According to the results of game between road transport enterprises and drivers, governments, other transport enterprises and consumers, the development strategies of energy saving and emission reduction of road transport enterprises are put forward.This study will further promote the management of energy saving and emission reduction in road transport enterprises in China, make transport organizations and managers of transport enterprises have a further understanding of the management of energy saving and emission reduction of transport enterprises, and improve the enthusiasm of enterprises to save energy and reduce emissions.
