【摘要】：正京杭大运河,是中国历史上与长城齐名的千年人工工程,是中华文明的标志之一,也是中华民族的名片之一。自1855年黄河改道造成运河部分河段断航,至今已有一百多年。在即将迎来中华民族伟大复兴的今天,我提议,国家组织全线恢复京杭大运河。全线恢复京杭大运河,指的是实施北段运河复航工程,全线恢复京杭大运河的河道、水面和航运。目前,1300多公
[Abstract]:Zhengjing-Hangzhou Grand Canal is a millennium artificial project with the Great Wall in Chinese history. It is one of the symbols of Chinese civilization and one of the business cards of the Chinese nation. It has been more than one hundred years since 1855 when the Yellow River was diverted and some sections of the canal were cut off. On the eve of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, I propose that the state organize the restoration of the Grand Canal. The restoration of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal on the whole line refers to the implementation of the Northern Section of the Canal and the restoration of the channel, water surface and shipping of the Grand Canal.
