【摘要】：近年来，随着中国经济的快速发展，社会和客户迫切有增加消防安全方面的要求，主要工业企业越来越重视消防安全工程。随着消防工程建设项目规模的不断扩大，项目所面对得不确定因素也越来越多。由于工程规模的不断扩大，由于各种各样的风险造成的损失也不断扩大，因此，对消防工程项目的风险管理提出的要求又更深了一步。项目风险管理中的传统方式已经完全无法与现在的市场发展需要相适应。故而需要对消防工程项目风险管理进行较深入的研究，对于消防工程总承包商进行有效的风险管理，具有重要的理论和现实意义。在本研究中，重点在于消防工程公司在建项目的风险管理问题。以理论和实践相结合的研究方法，首先在国内和国际数据收集和文献阅读的基础上，整体结合已经存在的风险管理理论为主要依据，通过现有的风险管理模型应用到消防工程建设项目中，结合国内和国外学术界和行业内的研究总结和评述确定论文的研究空白和研究课题。以公司的在建北京地铁6号线作为一个特殊个案来进行研究，，详细完整的分析了工业消防工程项目中如何识别风险、如何分析风险、如何应对风险和如何控制风险的整个过程，并对风险管理理论进行升华，创造性的提出了全新的风险管理策略。在本研究中，以具有创新性的进行整个过程的风险管理。综合分析工业消防工程建设项目的项目管理理论和风险管理理论，并且把这些理论应用于工作实践当中去，以提高工业消防工程企业风险管理水平。经过研究得出的主要结论是，工业消防工程承包商要有风险管理的先进理念，重视系统识别所面临的风险。以消防工程建设项目管理的实践来指导日常工作，对项目进行整个过程风险管理，根据工程项目需要改变管理制度，有效的监控和管理项目风险。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, the society and customers have an urgent need to increase fire safety, the main industrial enterprises pay more and more attention to fire safety engineering. With the continuous expansion of fire engineering construction project scale, the project faces more and more uncertain factors. Because of the continuous expansion of the project scale and the loss caused by various risks, the requirements for the risk management of the fire protection project are further advanced. The traditional way of project risk management has been completely unable to adapt to the needs of current market development. Therefore, it is necessary to study the risk management of fire engineering project in depth, which has important theoretical and practical significance for the effective risk management of the general contractor of fire engineering. In this study, the focus is on the risk management of the fire engineering project under construction. Based on the research method of combining theory and practice, firstly, on the basis of domestic and international data collection and literature reading, the whole combination of existing risk management theory as the main basis. By applying the existing risk management model to the fire engineering construction project and combining the domestic and foreign academic circles and industry research summary and comment to determine the research blank and research topic. Taking the construction of Beijing Metro Line 6 as a special case study, the paper analyzes in detail how to identify the risk, how to analyze the risk, how to deal with the risk and how to control the risk in the industrial fire engineering project. And to the risk management theory sublimation, creatively proposed the brand-new risk management strategy. In this study, the risk management of the whole process is carried out innovatively. This paper comprehensively analyzes the project management theory and risk management theory of industrial fire engineering construction project, and applies these theories to work practice in order to improve the risk management level of industrial fire engineering enterprise. The main conclusion of the research is that the industrial fire engineering contractor should have the advanced idea of risk management and pay attention to the risk faced by the system identification. The practice of fire engineering construction project management is used to guide the daily work, to carry out the whole process risk management of the project, to change the management system according to the need of the project, and to effectively monitor and manage the project risk.
