路桥集团信息化系统项目的沟通计划的编制

【摘要】:面对经济的全球化和信息化趋势,要使大型施工企业在管理水平上有一个质的飞跃,就必须大力推进施工企业的信息化建设,使信息化技术在施工企业中得到广泛应用。但信息化项目的管理又不同于施工企业的项目管理,信息系统项目的特点在于:项目人员的高智力密集性,信息交流高度重要性,目标的柔韧性,过程的重要性等。因此,信息化项目中的沟通管理在项目的整体实施过程中具有至关重要的作用。“以沟通是先导、计划是基础、通知是号角、检查是保障”为指导原则,建立“沟通计划编制和保障措施”的沟通机制,通过该沟通机制贯穿整个项目的实施过程。 本文以路桥集团信息化系统项目为实例,从该信息化项目的特点出发,结合项目沟通管理领域知识和信息化系统管理知识,查找在路桥信息化建设项目中存在的问题,并对问题进行了分析研究。首先,对本项目实例进行了概述并将该项目的工作进行了WBS的分解,罗列了项目人员的责任分配表;其次,以调查问卷的形式,对该项目实施中存在的沟通问题进行归纳和提炼;第三,通过深刻剖析该项目沟通管理中存在的问题,影响有效沟通的因素以及存在的原因,编制了一套良好的沟通体系,建立了有效沟通渠道,并应用沟通技巧等手段和措施来改善目前的沟通效率,并为路桥集团的信息化系统项目制定一套行之有效的沟通计划,以此来提高该项目的沟通管理能力,确保路桥信息化建设项目顺利实施;最后,对研究的结果进行总结,提出研究中存在的不足以及今后的研究方向。 整个研究分析都是围绕路桥集团信息化系统项目展开的,但由于该项目目前还在实施的进展阶段,因此对于这套沟通计划的实施后的效用评价,前后对比分析等内容还无法一一展示,但这也可以作为我们后期进一步研究的方向和重点关注的内容,也希望通过这套沟通计划的建立和实施,为企业今后在项目管理上起到积极地作用,也能为其他施工型企业在进行信息化系统项目建设时起到一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:In the face of the globalization of economy and the trend of informatization, in order to make a qualitative leap in the management level of large construction enterprises, it is necessary to vigorously promote the informatization construction of construction enterprises and make the information technology widely used in construction enterprises. But the information project management is different from the construction enterprise project management, the information system project characteristic lies in: the project personnel high intelligence density, the information exchange high importance, the goal flexibility, the process importance and so on. Therefore, the communication management in the information project plays an important role in the overall implementation of the project. "Communication is the forerunner, plan is the basis, notification is the horn, and inspection is the guarantee" as the guiding principle, and the communication mechanism of "communication plan formulation and safeguard measures" is established through this communication mechanism throughout the implementation process of the project. This paper takes the information system project of the Road and Bridge Group as an example, starting from the characteristics of the information project, combining the knowledge of project communication management field and the information system management knowledge, finds out the problems existing in the road and bridge information construction project. The problem is analyzed and studied. First, the project example is summarized and the work of the project is decomposed by WBS, listing the responsibility distribution table of the project personnel; secondly, in the form of a questionnaire, The communication problems existing in the implementation of the project are summarized and refined. Thirdly, by deeply analyzing the problems existing in the communication management of the project, the factors that affect the effective communication and the reasons for its existence, a set of good communication system is worked out. Established effective communication channels, and applied communication skills and other means and measures to improve the current communication efficiency, and for the Road and Bridge Group information system project to develop a set of effective communication plan, In order to improve the communication and management ability of the project to ensure the smooth implementation of the road and bridge information construction project. Finally, the results of the study are summarized, and the shortcomings of the research and the future research direction are put forward. The whole research and analysis is carried out around the information system project of the Road and Bridge Group. However, because the project is still in the process of implementation, the utility evaluation of the communication plan after its implementation, The contents of the comparative analysis before and after can not be shown one by one, but this can also be taken as the direction and focus of our further research in the later stage. We also hope to establish and implement the communication plan through this set of communication plans. It can play a positive role in project management for enterprises in the future, and can also play a certain reference role in the construction of information system projects for other construction enterprises.
