重庆市交通运输业与经济发展关系的研究

【摘要】:交通运输业是国民经济的基础部分、重要部分,它的发展水平与国民经济的发展有着重要的关系,二者相互联系、相互影响,它们之间的协调发展越来越引起人们的重视。 重庆是西部地区的重要增长极、长江上游地区的经济中心、城乡统筹发展的直辖市,经济基础日益增强,综合实力也显著提高。而经济的迅速增长对城市交通运输状况提出了更新、更高的要求,在这种环境下,探讨交通运输业发展与重庆经济的发展之间的关系具有重要意义。 本文围绕重庆交通运输状况及重庆经济发展状况,从定性和定量两个方面来进行研究。定性方面,,首先介绍交通运输业及重庆交通运输业的整体状况,然后介绍重庆经济的状况,最后定性分析重庆交通运输业与重庆经济二者之间的关系。本文重点是利用实证来分析重庆交通运输与重庆经济之间的关系,主要包括两方面内容。第一是从整体思想出发,利用DEA模型来分析重庆交通运输与重庆经济之间的关系,该部分选择了其他省市作为参照,选取了2010年、2011年数据来分析。第二是利用统计学、数量经济学等各种相关理论、方法来研究重庆交通运输与重庆经济的关系。例如,1、运用时间序列分析理论并结合Eviews统计软件,分析重庆交通运输业与经济发展是否存在长期均衡的发展趋势。2、以《2007年重庆投入产出表》为基础,尝试把交通运输业以及其他产业按照新的分类原则进行整合,经过适当的数据调整和平衡,编制出以交通运输业内部各行业细分为主的投入产出表,并对交通运输业在重庆经济中的地位、作用以及与其他产业的关联和波及效果进行研究等。 本文最后,根据实证分析所得到的结果,结合重庆交通运输业的实际发展情况及外部环境,提出相关政策建议,这对制定正确的相关政策起有效的参考作用,也为更好的制定交通运输发展规划提供政策依据。
[Abstract]:Transportation is the basic and important part of the national economy, its development level and the development of the national economy have an important relationship, the two are interrelated and influence each other, the coordinated development between them has attracted more and more attention. Chongqing is an important growth pole in the western region. The economic center of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and the municipality directly under the Central Government with the overall development of urban and rural areas, the economic base is increasingly strengthened, and the comprehensive strength is also remarkably improved. The rapid growth of economy has brought forward new and higher requirements for urban transportation. In this environment, it is of great significance to explore the relationship between the development of transportation industry and the economic development of Chongqing. This paper focuses on Chongqing's traffic and transportation situation and Chongqing's economic development from qualitative and quantitative aspects. Qualitatively, the paper first introduces the whole situation of transportation industry and Chongqing transportation industry, then introduces the economic situation of Chongqing, and finally qualitatively analyzes the relationship between Chongqing transportation industry and Chongqing economy. This paper focuses on the empirical analysis of the relationship between Chongqing transportation and Chongqing economy, mainly including two aspects. The first is to use the DEA model to analyze the relationship between Chongqing transportation and Chongqing economy from the perspective of the whole idea. This part chooses other provinces and cities as the reference and selects the data of 2010 and 2011 to analyze. The second is to use statistics, quantitative economics and other related theories to study the relationship between Chongqing transportation and Chongqing economy. For example, using the theory of time series analysis and Eviews statistical software, this paper analyzes whether there is a long-term equilibrium development trend between transportation and economic development in Chongqing, which is based on Chongqing input-output table in 2007. This paper attempts to integrate the transportation and other industries according to the new classification principles, and after proper data adjustment and balance, to compile the input-output tables with the main subdivision of various industries within the transportation industry. The paper also studies the status, role, relationship and ripple effect of transportation industry in Chongqing economy. Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, combined with the actual development of Chongqing traffic and transportation industry and the external environment, the paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations, which plays an effective reference role in formulating correct relevant policies. Also for better formulation of transport development plan to provide policy basis.
