高速铁路对沿线城市工业集聚的影响研究——基于中部城市面板数据的实证分析

【摘要】:在新经济地理学的研究框架中,引入高铁变量,构建了高铁对沿线城市工业集聚影响的理论模型,并提出相关假设。基于中部六省80个地级市的数据,利用双重差分法以及中介效应方法对相关假设进行实证检验。结果显示:开通高铁对于工业集聚度的提高有着显著且稳健的拉动作用,并且这种作用会随着高铁数量的增加而加强;高铁的工业集聚效应只在市辖区人口规模小于50万的城市显著,作用也最强;高铁有利于民营企业的工业集聚,对国有企业的工业集聚则有反向作用;高铁通过影响工业劳动力的流动改变沿线城市工业集聚程度。
[Abstract]:In the framework of the new economic geography, a theoretical model of the influence of high-speed rail on the industrial agglomeration of cities along the route is established by introducing the variable of high-speed rail, and the relevant assumptions are put forward. Based on the data of 80 prefecture-level cities in six provinces of central China, this paper makes an empirical test on the hypothesis by using the double difference method and the intermediary effect method. The results show that the opening of high-speed rail has a significant and steady pulling effect on the increase of industrial cohesion, and this effect will be strengthened with the increase of the number of high-speed rail. The industrial agglomeration effect of high-speed rail is only significant in cities with population size less than 500000, and the effect of high-speed rail is also the strongest, which is beneficial to the industrial agglomeration of private enterprises and reverse to the industrial agglomeration of state-owned enterprises. High-speed trains change the industrial agglomeration of cities along the route by affecting the flow of industrial labor.
