应用型临港物流人才培养质量评估研究

【摘要】：我国的物流业起步于二十世纪80年代，兴起于21世纪。随着我国对外经贸快速发展和国内几大经济区域间和省市、城乡间经济要素的流动需求增强，物流量日益增大，物流产业越来越受到企业、政府以及教育部门的重视和扶持。物流人才的培养是物流行业发展的基础，建立科学有效的人才培养模式对发展河北省秦皇岛临港物流产业具有深远而重要的意义。本文针对临港物流人才的培养模式的现状进行分析，通过问卷调查得知临港物流业对物流人才的需求，在此基础上构建应用型临港物流人才培养模式。在构建物流人才培养模式时，着重阐述了理论教学模式和实践教学模式的构建；随后采取模糊评价模型和层次分析法相结合的方法构建应用型临港物流人才培养质量监控体系，对前文建构的人才培养模式进行评价分析；最后，对秦皇岛职业技术学院临港物流人才培养质量进行综合评价，确定该物流人才培养模型的效果。本文从本地物流企业对物流人才的要求出发，根据学校的办学条件、高校所在地的地域性特征，制定出相对最佳的人才培养模式，，所提供的思路方法以及给出的建议对于秦皇岛临港物流人才培养具有参考价值。
[Abstract]:China's logistics industry started in the 1980's, rising in the 21 st century. With the rapid development of China's foreign trade and several major economic regions and provinces and cities in China, the demand for the flow of economic elements between urban and rural areas has increased, and the logistics industry has been paid more and more attention and support by enterprises, governments and educational departments. The cultivation of logistics talents is the basis of the development of logistics industry. It is of profound and important significance to establish a scientific and effective talent training model for the development of the port logistics industry of Qinhuangdao in Hebei Province. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the training mode of port logistics talents, this paper finds out the demand of logistics talents for port logistics industry through questionnaire investigation, and then constructs the applied port logistics talents training model. When constructing the training model of logistics talents, the author emphasizes on the construction of theoretical teaching mode and practical teaching mode, and then adopts the method of combining fuzzy evaluation model and analytic hierarchy process to construct the quality monitoring system of practical port logistics talents training. Finally, the quality of logistics personnel training in Qinhuangdao Vocational and Technical College is comprehensively evaluated to determine the effect of the model. Starting from the requirements of local logistics enterprises for logistics talents, according to the school conditions and the regional characteristics of colleges and universities, this paper formulates the relatively best talent training model. The ideas and suggestions provided are of reference value to the training of logistics talents in Qinhuangdao port.
