北京市公共自行车系统使用意向研究

【摘要】:近年来,北京市机动车保有量不断增加,引发了诸如交通拥堵、空气污染等环境问题和社会问题,公共交通的重要性日益显著。北京市政府把推动和发展城市公共自行车服务作为建设绿色出行系统以及完善公共交通服务体系的重要内容,并大力推进公共自行车系统的建设。但是目前公共自行车系统使用率相对偏低,居民对公共自行车系统存在诸多抱怨,公共自行车系统使用意向较低。目前国内外学者对公共自行车系统的研究多数是从规划和运营角度,对居民的行为关注较少。 本文基于计划行为理论、感知价值理论、创新扩散理论和感知风险理论对公共自行车系统使用意向进行研究,使用德尔菲调研探察了公共自行车系统使用意向影响因素,构建了公共自行车系统使用意向模型,开发了公共自行车系统使用意向量表,意图明确公共自行车系统使用意向影响因素及其影响作用。本研究在北京市通过大规模问卷调查进行实证研究。 研究结果表明,感知价值模型对公共自行车系统使用意向的解释力最强;态度、知觉行为控制、主观规范、感知价值、复杂性和兼容性是公共自行车系统使用意向的主要影响因素,除复杂性外,其他五种因素均正向影响公共自行车系统使用意向;感知价值对公共自行车系统使用意向的影响作用最大,其次是知觉行为控制,兼容性对公共自行车系统使用意向的影响作用最小。政府对环保的态度、社会对环保的态度和个人对环保的态度均在感知价值对公共自行车系统使用意向的影响过程中起到部分调节作用。 基于实证研究结果,本文从完善公共自行车系统建设和改善绿色出行社会环境两个角度对提高公共自行车系统使用意向提出对策建议,对将公共自行车系统建成便民利民的绿色交通工程具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of motor vehicles in Beijing has been increasing, causing environmental and social problems such as traffic congestion, air pollution and so on. The importance of public transport is becoming more and more significant. The Beijing Municipal Government regards the promotion and development of urban public bicycle service as an important part of the construction of green travel system and the improvement of public transportation service system, and vigorously promotes the construction of public bicycle system. However, at present, the utilization rate of public bicycle system is relatively low, there are many complaints about public bicycle system, and the intention of using public bicycle system is low. At present, scholars at home and abroad mostly study the public bicycle system from the perspective of planning and operation, and pay little attention to the behavior of residents. Based on the theory of planning behavior, the theory of perceived value, the theory of innovation diffusion and the theory of perceived risk, this paper studies the intention of using public bicycle system. The purpose of this paper is to establish a model of the intention to use the public bicycle system and to develop a scale of intention to use the public bicycle system. The purpose is to clarify the influencing factors of the intention to use the public bicycle system and its effect. This study conducted an empirical study in Beijing through a large-scale questionnaire survey. The results show that the perceived value model has the strongest explanatory power to the intention of using the public bicycle system; attitude, perceptual behavior control, subjective norms, perceived value, Complexity and compatibility are the main influencing factors of the intention of using public bicycle system, except complexity, the other five factors all positively affect the intention of using public bicycle system. Perceived value has the greatest influence on the intention to use of public bicycle system, followed by perceptual behavior control, and compatibility has the least effect on the intention of using public bicycle system. The government's attitude towards environmental protection, social attitude towards environmental protection and personal attitude towards environmental protection all play a part in regulating the influence of perceived value on the intention of using public bicycle system. Based on the results of empirical research, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the intention of using public bicycle system from the two angles of perfecting the construction of public bicycle system and improving the social environment of green travel. It is of great practical significance to build the public bicycle system into a green transportation project which is convenient to the people and benefit the people.
