【摘要】：从2007年至今,国际干散货运输市场经历了大起大落式发展,从市场高峰跌落至谷底。2012年,随着船舶交付高峰的到来,以及运输需求增长缓慢的情形下,给国际干散货运输市场带来了严峻的挑战。作为国际干散货运输市场中的重要组成部分和主力船型市场——Panamax型船海运市场,面临十分严峻的市场环境,运营该船型的航运企业正惨淡经营,因此,严峻寻求适合企业在该市场中生存与发展之路,对其未来发展具有理论参考和实践指导意义。基于企业管理理论与计量经济学方法,本文首先在研究国际干散货运输市场相关文献的基础上,分析国际干散货运输市场的需求、供给、运价,指出目前国际干散货市场发展的现状与特征。其次,分析Panamax型船运输市场的船型介绍、运输需求、供给与运价情况,提出该市场发展现状与特征。再次,采用定量与定性相结合的方法,对Panamax型船运市场发展趋势进行预测分析,指出未来市场需求将会增加,而运力压力仍将较大。最后,提出Panamax型船运输市场的经营对策,主要包括合理优化船队、大力提升揽货能力、合理规避运价波动风险、力争实现共赢发展、快速推动绿色航运的发展、进一步加强成本管理、创新服务手段和加快人才队伍建设等。通过本文的研究,以期为Panamax型船公司的发展提供理论参考和实践指导。
[Abstract]:From 2007 to now, the international dry bulk transportation market has experienced a great rise and fall from the market peak to the bottom. In 2012, with the arrival of the ship delivery peak and the slow growth of transport demand, To the international dry bulk transport market has brought severe challenges. As an important part of the international dry bulk cargo transportation market and the main shipping market, the Panamax shipping market is facing a very severe market environment. The austere search for a suitable way for enterprises to survive and develop in this market has theoretical reference and practical guiding significance for its future development. Based on the enterprise management theory and econometrics method, this paper firstly analyzes the demand, supply and freight rate of the international dry bulk transportation market on the basis of studying the relevant literature of international dry bulk transportation market. The present situation and characteristics of the international dry bulk market are pointed out. Secondly, the paper analyzes the ship type, transport demand, supply and freight rate of Panamax shipping market, and puts forward the present situation and characteristics of this market. Thirdly, the development trend of Panamax shipping market is forecasted and analyzed by combining quantitative and qualitative methods. It is pointed out that the market demand will increase in the future, and the pressure of transportation capacity will still be greater. Finally, the paper puts forward the management countermeasures of Panamax shipping market, mainly including optimizing the fleet reasonably, improving the capacity of cargo collecting, avoiding the fluctuation risk of freight rate reasonably, striving to achieve win-win development and promoting the development of green shipping rapidly. We will further strengthen cost management, innovate service means and speed up the construction of personnel. Through the research of this paper, we hope to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the development of Panamax shipping company.
