铁路货运物流信息化与优化

【摘要】:我国铁路信息化进入大规模、快速发展时期,信息技术正向铁路运输经营、管理及营销的各个领域全面渗透。信息化对改造铁路传统产业、提升运输效率与管理水平、保障运输安全等方面,起到重要的推进作用。同时,面对国际、国内现代物流业给铁路运输业带来的机遇和挑战,建立完善现代物流的网络节点,坚持规模、效益、服务的整体优化,是铁路物流发展的关键。 本文首先对比分析了国内外铁路物流信息化发展的现状,并在此基础上,指出了铁路货运信息化的发展方向,即建立公共物流信息平台,铁路货运信息系统的优化整合,并使用RFID技术构建信息系统基础平台;基于TMIS平台设计了公共物流信息平台的网络架构,实现既有铁路内网信息系统与公共物流信息平台的信息共享;研究了铁路货运业务流程的优化,从业务流程优化,业务流程再造,信息技术等方面对对流程优化进行了分析;分析了邯济铁路运营现状及存在问题,对邯济公司货运站物流信息系统进行了总体结构设计,并对仓储、配送等功能模块进行了详细的分析与设计。 物流信息系统在物流优化中起着至关重要的作用,它不但可以提高运作效率,降低运营成本,而且可以为决策者提供决策的可靠依据,避免由于决策失误而带来的损失,有了信息系统的支撑,各个部门之间的沟通和协调工作将会容易的多。
[Abstract]:In the period of large-scale and rapid development of railway information in China, information technology is permeating into all fields of railway transportation management, management and marketing. Informatization plays an important role in reforming traditional railway industry, improving transportation efficiency and management level, ensuring transportation safety and so on. At the same time, in the face of the opportunities and challenges brought by the domestic modern logistics industry to the railway transportation industry, the key to the development of railway logistics is to establish and perfect the network node of modern logistics, to adhere to the overall optimization of scale, efficiency and service. Firstly, this paper compares and analyzes the current situation of railway logistics information development at home and abroad, and on this basis, points out the development direction of railway freight information, that is, the establishment of public logistics information platform, the optimization and integration of railway freight information system. The basic platform of information system is constructed by using RFID technology, the network structure of public logistics information platform is designed based on TMIS platform, and the information sharing between existing railway intranet information system and public logistics information platform is realized. This paper studies the optimization of railway freight business process, analyzes the process optimization from the aspects of business process optimization, business process reengineering, information technology, etc. The overall structure of logistics information system of freight station in Hanji Company is designed, and the function modules such as warehousing and distribution are analyzed and designed in detail. Logistics information system plays an important role in logistics optimization. It can not only improve the operation efficiency and reduce the operation cost, but also provide the decision makers with reliable basis to avoid the loss caused by the wrong decision. With the support of information systems, communication and coordination between departments will be much easier.
