山东海运股份公司航运业务竞争战略研究

【摘要】:山东海运公司(SDSC)是随着山东半岛蓝色经济国家战略实施应运而生的国有大型海洋运输企业,其注册资本和规模是全国航运企业中的佼佼者,自2010年10月成立至今正处在迅速攀升期,其肩负着山东国计民生战略物资的进出口海上运输运力保障,提升山东航运事业水平,成为半岛蓝色经济重要动力引擎的重大历史使命。 公司海运业务的优势主要表现在:依托国资背景,雄厚的资本优势,货主股东带来的客户资源优势,世界金融危机带来的低成本扩张优势,作为新进入者的船舶技术、环保优势。劣势主要表现在:管理体制和组织架构有待进一步完善,在市场上没有形成自己的品牌,专业复合人才缺乏,运输网络和产业链建设尚需时日。面临的机会主要表现在:国内航运市场秩序正在逐渐规范,经济的发展和城市化进程带来大量的市场需求,国家海洋和资源战略政策支持,山东经济的发展带来的巨大潜在市场。而面临的威胁主要在于:国际贸易保护主义壁垒,行业竞争激烈,原料成本的升高导致运营成本的增加,海盗活动以及气候异常带来的安全的风险。 在上述分析及综合评价的基础上,得出结论:山东海运业务应专注于货源股东为基础的国际国内大中型资源能源企业市场,实施目标集聚竞争战略,精耕细作,在为客户提供服务中不断壮大,在自身完善同时不断提高企业管理能力和服务品质。 为了确保战略有效运行,制定了配套的支持性保障措施:合理搭配融资方式,科学组建公司船舶运力,加强人才队伍建设,与国际接轨,创新经营管理模式,同时,注重向产业链上下游延伸,由简单的全球航运承运人向物流经营人转变,从单纯的拥有运力向拥有、控制运力转变,实现对海运相关产业的布局和企业价值的最大化。 论文的研究,不仅有助于海运公司初创期的经营发展,为打造行业龙头企业提供借鉴;同时,希望能为当下处在困难时期的国内航运企业应对危机、摆脱困境带来一丝启发和帮助。
[Abstract]:Shandong Shipping Company (SDSCS) is a state-owned large marine transportation enterprise with the implementation of the national strategy of blue economy in Shandong Peninsula. Its registered capital and scale are the best among the national shipping enterprises. Since its establishment in October 2010, it has been in a period of rapid increase. It shoulders the responsibility of ensuring the import and export transportation capacity of strategic materials for the national economy and the people's livelihood in Shandong, and promotes the level of the shipping industry in Shandong. Become the peninsula blue economy important power engine of the major historical mission. The main advantages of the company's maritime business are as follows: relying on the state capital background, strong capital advantage, the customer resource advantage brought by the owner and shareholders, the low-cost expansion advantage brought by the world financial crisis, the ship technology as the new entrant. Environmental protection advantage. The main disadvantages are: the management system and organizational structure need to be further improved, not forming their own brand in the market, lack of professionals, transportation network and industry chain construction still need time. The opportunities are mainly manifested in: the domestic shipping market order is gradually regulating, economic development and urbanization process brings a large number of market demand, national marine and resource strategy policy support, Shandong economy development brings huge potential market. The main threats are: protectionist barriers to international trade, fierce competition in the industry, higher raw material costs, increased operating costs, piracy and the security risks caused by climate anomalies. On the basis of the above analysis and comprehensive evaluation, it is concluded that Shandong shipping business should focus on the international and domestic large and medium-sized resource and energy enterprise markets based on the source shareholders, implement the goal of agglomeration and competition strategy, and practice intensive farming. In providing service to customers growing, while improving their own management capabilities and service quality. In order to ensure the effective operation of the strategy, some supporting measures have been formulated, such as reasonable matching of financing, scientific construction of shipping capacity of the company, strengthening of the construction of the contingent of qualified personnel, integration with the international standards, innovation of the management mode, and, at the same time, Emphasis is placed on extending upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, from simple global shipping carrier to logistics operator, from simple ownership to ownership and control of capacity, to maximize the layout and enterprise value of maritime related industries. The research of this paper is not only helpful to the development of shipping companies in the initial stage, but also to the leading enterprises in the industry. At the same time, it is hoped that the domestic shipping enterprises in difficult times can cope with the crisis. Getting out of trouble brings a hint of inspiration and help.
