公共自行车租赁系统建模及评价研究

【摘要】:公共自行车租赁系统,旨在为城市出行者提供一种成本低廉且便捷的短距离出行选择,,即有效地解决最后一公里出行问题。现阶段,我国城市化进程不断加速,环境和能源问题日益突出,各地政府部门开始积极引入公共自行车这一绿色出行交通工具,鼓励市民绿色出行。 本文提出了一个新颖的模型来探究拥挤交通系统中引入公共自行车方式的影响,提出的模型考虑了三种交通出行工具(即小汽车、巴士和公共自行车)之间的相互竞争、机动车(小汽车和巴士)的尾气排放、巴士车内乘客拥挤不舒适度以及骑自行车的疲劳效应。假定出行者基于层次选择方式选择出行工具和出行路径,建立了多方式交通系统中出行交通工具和出行路径选择组合均衡模型,模型被表述为一个等价的变分不等式问题,证明了解的存在性和唯一性,并设计了基于对角化算法和相继平均法的启发式算法来求解该模型。 为更好地解释模型及算法的应用,文中采用一个算例进一步分析了多方式交通系统中引入公共自行车租赁策略和排放税政策的影响,获得了一些新观点和重要发现,并从社会福利最大化角度确定了最优的公共自行车租赁价格和机动车排放税率。该模型对多方式交通系统建模具有普适性,有助于从战略层面评价各种交通政策和构建一个可持续的交通系统。
[Abstract]:Public bicycle rental system is designed to provide a low-cost and convenient short distance travel choice for urban travelers, that is, to effectively solve the last kilometer travel problem. At present, the process of urbanization in China is accelerating, and the environmental and energy problems are becoming more and more prominent. Local government departments have started to actively introduce public bicycle as a green travel vehicle to encourage citizens to travel green. In this paper, a novel model is proposed to explore the influence of the introduction of public bicycle in congested traffic systems. The model takes into account the competition among three kinds of means of transportation (that is, cars, buses and public bicycles). Exhaust emissions from motor vehicles (cars and buses), passenger congestion in buses, and fatigue effects of cycling. Assuming that travelers choose travel tools and paths based on hierarchical selection, a combined equilibrium model of travel vehicles and route selection in multi-mode transportation systems is established. The model is expressed as an equivalent variational inequality problem. The existence and uniqueness of the solution are proved, and a heuristic algorithm based on diagonalization algorithm and sequential averaging method is designed to solve the model. In order to better explain the model and the application of the algorithm, this paper uses an example to further analyze the influence of the introduction of the public bicycle rental policy and the emission tax policy in the multi-mode transportation system, and obtains some new viewpoints and important findings. The optimal rental price of public bicycle and vehicle emission tax are determined from the perspective of social welfare maximization. The model is applicable to the modeling of multi-mode transportation system, which is helpful to evaluate various traffic policies and build a sustainable transportation system at the strategic level.
