大连港集装箱物流系统改进研究

【摘要】:随着全球经济一体化的发展以及世界经济全球化,贸易自由化和国际运输市场一体化的形成,尤其是现代物流的发展,港口作为全球供应链中的重要环节和关键节点,己不再是传统的仅具有单一的装卸、仓储和运输功能,被游离于生产、贸易和运输之外的企业,而是经济、贸易发展的催化剂,港口能对周围地区和腹地产生巨大的辐射功能,推动地区乃至世界经济和贸易发展。港口作为综合交通运输的枢纽,已成为物流供应链上一个十分重要的节点。国内外经验表明,流畅的港口交通体系和现代化的交通组织管理是港口生存、发展、竞争的重要因素。因此,做好港区装卸工作计划、交通组织规划,对规划疏港道路、疏导港区交通、保证港口生产效率、指导港口建设有着十分重要的意义。 港口,作为综合运输网络的枢纽,要满足顾客不断增长的服务需求,要在竞争日益激烈的市场中立足,必须不断拓宽其服务功能,提高服务效率,朝着提供全方位的增值服务方向发展。在如今物流业迅速发展的浪潮下,开展物流服务对港口发展而言,是很有利的,既满足了时代发展的需求,又拓宽了其服务功能,提高了市场竞争力。 最近几年,随着船舶大型化的发展和集疏运系统的复杂,许多传统的运输业、仓储业和港站企业,都在努力探索并尝试向现代物流转型,积累了一些成功的经验和失败的教训。国内相关的物流理论研究也取得了一定的成就。但针对特定的港口企业发展物流的研究理论并不是很多。在借鉴他人研究成果的基础上,港口企业不能脱离自己的实际情况,机械地套用别人的模式,生搬硬套地采取别人的做法,而应积极地探索适合自己的模式。 大连港作为东北亚航运中心,要适应现在航运的发展现状,应对船舶大型化的发展和集疏运系统的复杂带来的挑战,要综合考虑大连港及周边腹地的工业产业布局、大连港集装箱吞吐量、集装箱场站布局和道路集疏运系统等因素对大连港的集装箱物流体系进行改进。本文从大连港的实际出发,在大连港集装箱集疏运系统所具有的软硬件资源的基础上,客观分析大连港的腹地范围和经济发展情况,科学预测大连港集装箱吞吐量,从码头的装卸系统和集疏运两大系统出发,采用集装箱连续装卸的系统,从而对大连港集装箱物流系统提出改进措施。
[Abstract]:With the development of global economic integration and the globalization of world economy, trade liberalization and the integration of international transportation market, especially the development of modern logistics, port is an important link and key node in the global supply chain. It is no longer a traditional enterprise with a single loading and unloading, warehousing and transportation function, but a catalyst for economic and trade development. The port can produce a huge radiation function to the surrounding area and hinterland. Promoting regional and even world economic and trade development. As a hub of integrated transportation, port has become a very important node in logistics supply chain. Experience at home and abroad shows that smooth port traffic system and modern traffic organization and management are important factors for port survival, development and competition. Therefore, it is of great significance to do a good job of loading and unloading work plan and traffic organization planning of port area, to plan the road of open port, to dredge the traffic of port area, to guarantee the efficiency of port production and to guide the construction of port. The port, as the hub of the integrated transportation network, in order to meet the increasing service demand of customers and to establish a foothold in the increasingly competitive market, it is necessary to continuously expand its service function and improve its service efficiency. Towards the provision of a full range of value-added services in the direction of development. With the rapid development of logistics industry, the development of logistics service is beneficial to port development, which not only meets the needs of the times, but also widens its service function and improves the market competitiveness. In recent years, with the large-scale development of ships and the complexity of the transportation system, many traditional transportation industry, warehousing industry and port and station enterprises are trying to explore and try to transform to modern logistics, and have accumulated some successful experiences and failed lessons. Domestic related logistics theory research has also made certain achievements. However, there are not many theories on the development of logistics for specific port enterprises. On the basis of using others' research results for reference, port enterprises should not deviate from their own actual situation, mechanically apply other people's models and adopt others' methods mechanically, but should actively explore suitable models for themselves. As a shipping center in Northeast Asia, Dalian Port should adapt to the current shipping development situation, deal with the challenges brought by the large-scale development of ships and the complex collection and distribution system, and consider the industrial layout of Dalian Port and its surrounding hinterland. The container logistics system of Dalian Port is improved by such factors as container throughput, container terminal layout and road transportation system. Starting from the reality of Dalian Port, based on the hardware and software resources of container transportation system in Dalian Port, this paper objectively analyzes the hinterland scope and economic development of Dalian Port, and scientifically forecasts the container throughput of Dalian Port. Based on the loading and unloading system and the collecting and distributing system of the terminal, the container continuous loading and unloading system is adopted to improve the container logistics system of Dalian Port.
