山东省交通运输集团企业文化构建研究

【摘要】:山东省交通运输集团有限公司(以下简称:集团公司),隶属于山东省国资委的大型专业运输集团,近年来积极转方式、调结构,大力促进客运、物流、维修、旅游等产业快速、健康发展,着力建设“大场站、大客运、大物流、大旅游”的产业格局,打造“山东交运”品牌,先后被交通运输部确定为重点联系企业,被国家发改委、省经信委确定为发展物流的重点扶持企业,并入选中国交通百强、中国物流百强和中国服务业500强。山东交运集团目前处于转型期间,面临诸多问题,例如历史遗留问题、公共服务问题、企业特色问题等,诸多问题归根到底都属于企业文化建设与完善与企业管理方面的问题。当前的公路客运产业存在的种种弊端、劣势、各种不适应市场发展的因素,是大家有目共睹的。因此,与时俱进、开创独特的创新经营模式,建设符合客运市场规律的企业特色文化,是客运产业在困难环境的夹缝中求生存的唯一道路。分析了山东交运集团企业文化方面存在问题,得出了问题主要集中在价值层面、行为层面、实践层面三个方面,并提出相应措施。通过分析集团的企业文化建设现状以及针对存在的问题,建立相应的文化体系,主要得出以下四个方面的结论。一是通过对公司内部各板块人员进行企业文化调研,并且与集团企业文化从业者进行沟通,普通存在企业职工建立企业文化认知程度较差,有的员工不理解企业建设企业文化的真正意义等,得出目前公司企业文化存在的问题。二是分析公司内外部文化建设条件,得出目前公司目前已经符合建立完整的企业文化体系。三是建立企业文化体系,从意识形态、硬件方面、行为方面三个方面进行建设,得出适合与集团的企业文化。四是提出文化体系的实施措施,从职工价值观培养、组织结构调整、完善制度保障、丰富企业文化载体四个方面进行实施企业文化体系。
[Abstract]:Shandong Communication and Transportation Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Group Company"), a large professional transportation group attached to the Shandong State assets Supervision and Administration Commission, has actively changed its mode and adjusted its structure in recent years, making great efforts to promote the rapid development of passenger transport, logistics, maintenance, tourism and other industries. To develop healthily, to build the industrial pattern of "big station, big passenger transport, big logistics, big tourism", and to build the brand of "Shandong transportation", has been determined by the Ministry of Transport as the key contact enterprise, and by the National Development and Reform Commission, The provincial economic, business and trust committee has selected the top 100 transportation companies, the top 100 logistics companies and the top 500 service companies in China for the development of logistics. Shandong Jiaotong Group is currently in the period of transition, and it faces many problems, such as problems left over by history, public service, enterprise characteristics and so on. In the final analysis, many problems belong to the problems of corporate culture construction and perfection and enterprise management. It is obvious to all that the current highway passenger transport industry has all sorts of disadvantages, disadvantages and factors that do not adapt to the development of the market. Therefore, it is the only way for the passenger transport industry to survive in the difficult environment by keeping pace with the times, creating a unique innovative management model, and building a unique enterprise culture in accordance with the rules of the passenger transport market. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the enterprise culture of Shandong Jiaotong Group, and draws the conclusion that the problems mainly focus on the value level, the behavior level and the practice level, and puts forward the corresponding measures. By analyzing the present situation of corporate culture construction of the group and aiming at the existing problems, the author establishes the corresponding cultural system, and draws the following four conclusions. First, through the enterprise culture investigation and communication with the corporate culture practitioners in various sectors of the company, there is a poor level of understanding of the enterprise culture established by the common employees of the enterprise. Some employees do not understand the real meaning of corporate culture, and get the problems of corporate culture. The second is to analyze the internal and external cultural conditions of the company, and draw the conclusion that the company has been in line with the establishment of a complete corporate culture system. The third is to establish the corporate culture system, from the ideological, hardware, behavioral aspects of the three aspects of the construction, and get the appropriate corporate culture with the group. The fourth is to put forward the measures to carry out the enterprise culture system from four aspects: the cultivation of the workers' values, the adjustment of the organizational structure, the improvement of the system and the enrichment of the carrier of the enterprise culture.
