【摘要】:改革开放以来,我国的对外贸易量增长迅速。集装箱改变了货物运输的形式,而集装箱多式联运日益成为连接内陆货源腹地和沿海港口的有效手段,因此我国应积极推进集装箱多式联运的发展。集装箱多式联运形式多样,其中包括陆海联运、陆空联运和海空联运等,本文主要对大连地区的集装箱陆海联运进行相关研究。 集装箱陆海联运主要包括海铁联运和公海联运,由此也可以看出集装箱陆海联运的发展程度与内陆集疏运网络之间关系紧密。近几年来,公海联运作为我国集装箱陆海联运的主要形式取得了快速的发展,而集装箱海铁联运状况却不容乐观。我国港口的集装箱海铁联运比例不足2%,而欧美发达国家大型港口如荷兰的鹿特丹港、德国的汉堡港以及安特卫普港的集装箱海铁联运量已经接近20%,一方面说明我国与欧美国家的集装箱海铁联运之间有较大差距,另一方面显示我国集装箱海铁联运的发展存在巨大空间。 大连地区的内陆集疏运网络发达,集装箱陆海联运量在全国一直保持领先地位,2012年大连地区的集装箱海铁联运比例约为8%,集装箱公海联运量也维持了高速增长。我国已经充分认识到发展集装箱陆海联运的重要性,在全国设立了18个集装箱中心站,并将大连港作为6个集装箱海铁联运示范区之一,可以预测大连地区的集装箱海铁联运将迎来高速发展的时期。HL航运大连公司一直以来致力于向客户提供最优质、最便捷、最专业的集装箱运输服务,HL航运大连公司应把握机遇,发展集装箱陆海联运。 本文运用灰色预测模型对大连港的集装箱海铁联运量进行预测,大连港的集装箱海铁联运量将会增长快速,并根据预测的结果和HL航运大连公司本身的特点制定集装箱陆海联运的发展方案,其中包括利用公司的全球航线网络、建立健全的信息系统和发展有能力的代理机构等。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's foreign trade volume has increased rapidly. Container has changed the form of freight transportation, and container multimodal transport has become an effective means to connect inland cargo source hinterland and coastal port. Therefore, China should actively promote the development of container multimodal transport. There are many kinds of container multimodal transport, including land and sea transport, land air transport and sea air transport, etc. This paper mainly studies the container land sea transport in Dalian area. Container land-sea transport mainly includes sea-rail transport and high-sea transport. From this, it can be seen that the development of container land-sea transport is closely related to the inland transportation network In recent years, the high seas intermodal transport, as the main form of container land and sea transport in China, has made rapid development, but the situation of container sea rail transport is not optimistic. The proportion of container seaborne combined transport in Chinese ports is less than 2 percent, while large ports in developed countries in Europe and the United States, such as Rotterdam Port in the Netherlands, The volume of container seaborne transport in Hamburg port and Antwerp port in Germany is close to 20. On the one hand, it shows that there is a big gap between China and the European and American countries. On the other hand, there is a huge space for the development of container sea-rail transport in China. The inland transportation network is well developed in Dalian, and the container transport volume by land and sea has always maintained a leading position in the whole country. In 2012, the proportion of container sea rail transport in Dalian area is about 8, and the volume of container high seas transport has also maintained a high speed growth. China has fully realized the importance of developing container land and sea transport, and has set up 18 container central stations throughout the country, and has taken Dalian Port as one of the 6 container seaborne transport demonstration zones. It can be predicted that container seaborne transport in Dalian area will usher in a period of high speed development. HL Shipping Dalian Company has been committed to providing customers with the best quality, most convenient and most professional container transportation service. Dalian Shipping Company should seize the opportunity. Development of container land-sea transport. In this paper, the grey forecasting model is used to predict the container seaborne transport volume of Dalian Port, and the container seaborne combined transport volume of Dalian Port will grow rapidly. According to the forecast results and the characteristics of HL Shipping Dalian Company, the development plan of container land-sea combined transport is formulated, which includes making use of the company's global airline network, establishing a sound information system and developing a capable agency, etc.
