广西润桂船运有限责任公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:西江黄金水道的开发和建设给广西西江内河航运企业的发展带来了良好的发展机遇,如何有效把握机遇并实现自身的发展成为企业重要的课题。在决定企业发展方面,企业的发展战略成为重要的考虑方面,因为发展战略关系企业未来一段时期的发展全局,清晰正确的发展战略将指导企业实现又好又快的发展。 作为内河航运企业,自身生存和发展受外部环境和内部条件双重制约,机遇和困难并存。如何结合企业内外部两方面因素制定发展战略并有效施行,对企业生存和发展意义重大。本论文介绍了国内外企业战略管理的发展情况,引用国内外相关理论和工具包括PEST分析法、波特的五种力量模型、外部因素评价(EFE)矩阵、内部因素评价(IFE)矩阵、SWOT分析方法等帮助研究对象制定企业总体发展战略和竞争战略,并阐明如何采取有针对性的措施保障战略实施以确保战略落实进而取得实质成效。 本论文以广西润桂船运有限责任公司为例,期望通过以其为代表的内河航运企业的发展战略的研究,给行业其他企业带来有益的借鉴和帮助,从而整体提升行业企业经营管理水平,进而有助于广西内河航运企业把握西江亿吨黄金水道开发和开放的良好历史机遇,在实现自身发展的同时,推动广西西江黄金水道开发开放上升到新水平,促进水运交通事业以及沿江经济的发展。
[Abstract]:The development and construction of Xijiang golden waterway has brought good development opportunity to the development of Guangxi Xijiang inland waterway shipping enterprise. How to grasp the opportunity effectively and realize its own development has become an important subject for the enterprise. In determining the development of the enterprise, the development strategy of the enterprise becomes an important consideration, because the development strategy relates to the overall situation of the development of the enterprise in the future period, and a clear and correct development strategy will guide the enterprise to achieve a good and fast development. As a inland waterway shipping enterprise, its existence and development are restricted by external environment and internal conditions, opportunities and difficulties coexist. How to combine the internal and external factors to formulate the development strategy and implement it effectively is of great significance to the survival and development of enterprises. This paper introduces the development of strategic management of enterprises at home and abroad. Relevant theories and tools including pest analysis, Porter's five force models, external factor evaluation (EFE) matrix are cited. The internal factor evaluation (IFE) matrix SWOT analysis method helps the research object to formulate the overall development strategy and the competition strategy of the enterprise, and expounds how to take targeted measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy and achieve substantial results. This paper takes Guangxi Rungui Shipping Co., Ltd as an example, hoping that through the research of the development strategy of inland water shipping enterprises represented by the company, it will bring beneficial reference and help to other enterprises in the industry. So as a whole to improve the management level of the industry enterprises, and then help Guangxi inland water shipping enterprises grasp the good historical opportunity of the development and opening of Xijiang 100 million tons golden waterway, and realize their own development at the same time, To promote the development and opening of Xijiang Golden Waterway in Guangxi to a new level, to promote the development of waterway transportation and economy along the Yangtze River.
