江西畅行高速公路服务区经营模式优化策略研究

【摘要】:截至2012年底,江西省高速公路总通车里程已突破4000公里,达4062公里,排名全国第八。江西高速公路服务区作为高速公路的重要附属配套设施,已拥有60余对,在高速公路六大管理系统中占有重要地位,它直接为司乘人员提供餐饮、住宿、购物、休闲以及车辆修理、加油等生活服务及工作便利。 本文从江西省高速公路服务区经营管理实际出发,以江西畅行高速公路服务区为研究对象,,对江西省高速公路服务区经营模式进行了较为系统的探究。本文在阐述高速公路服务区经营模式相关理论和对国内外高速公路服务区进行实践考察的基础上,对江西畅行高速公路服务区经营模式进行了SWOT分析,探究了江西畅行高速公路服务区经营模式的运行环境,进而从协调经济与社会效益关系、实行规范化管理、强化成本控制能力等方面提出了相应的优化策略。 本文共分为六个部分:第一章绪论,主要介绍了研究背景与意义、国内外研究综述、研究方法与内容、研究特色及对相关概念作出界定;第二章阐述了高速公路服务区经营模式的理论基础;第三章对发达国家(地区)高速公路服务区及国内高速公路服务区的经营模式进行了考察,分析了不同经营模式的优缺点,给出了相应的启示;第四章探究了江西畅行高速公路服务区发展中面临的机遇、挑战、优势、劣势;第五章对江西畅行高速公路服务区的政策环境、行业环境、经济环境及管理环境进行了分析;第六章探讨了江西畅行高速公路服务区经营模式优化的具体策略。
[Abstract]:By the end of 2012, Jiangxi Province's total highway mileage exceeded 4000 km, reaching 4062 km, ranking eighth in the country. Jiangxi Expressway Service area, as an important auxiliary facility of freeway, has more than 60 pairs, and occupies an important position in the six major expressway management systems. It directly provides catering, accommodation and shopping for the staff of the motorway. Leisure and vehicle repair, refueling and other living services and work convenience. Based on the actual operation and management of Jiangxi expressway service area, this paper takes Changhang expressway service area of Jiangxi province as the research object, and makes a more systematic research on the operating mode of Jiangxi expressway service area. On the basis of expounding the related theory of expressway service area management model and investigating the practice of expressway service area at home and abroad, this paper makes SWOT analysis on the operating mode of Jiangxi Changxing expressway service area. This paper probes into the operating environment of the management mode of Changxing Expressway Service area in Jiangxi Province, and then puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies from the aspects of coordinating the relationship between economy and social benefit, implementing standardized management, strengthening the ability of cost control, etc. This article is divided into six parts: the first chapter is introduction, mainly introduces the research background and significance, the domestic and foreign research summary, the research method and the content, the research characteristic and the definition to the related concept; The second chapter expounds the theoretical basis of the expressway service area management model, the third chapter investigates the management model of the developed country (region) expressway service area and the domestic highway service area, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the different management mode. The fourth chapter explores the opportunities, challenges, advantages and disadvantages facing the development of Jiangxi Changxing Expressway Service area, the fifth chapter discusses the policy environment of Jiangxi Changxing Expressway Service area, the industry environment. The economic environment and management environment are analyzed, and the sixth chapter discusses the concrete strategy of optimizing the management mode of Changxing Expressway Service area in Jiangxi Province.
