四川省综合交通枢纽建设区域空间效应分析

【摘要】:近年来,综合交通枢纽建设成为了我国城市以及区域发展过程中一个重要方面。在经济全球化以及区域一体化的时代,,虽然通信技术不断进步,但人与人之间面对面的交流依然十分关键,城市与城市之间、区域与区域之间、国家与国家之间的联系日益紧密,以综合交通运输体系为载体的“区域再兴”成为了时代主题。区域的空间形态作为区域内部组成要素及其结构关系的外在表现,交通运输对其的影响可谓至关重要。 交通枢纽工程建设是综合交通枢纽建设的主要内容,也是影响区域空间结构演变的关键因素。如今,中国正处于城镇化发展的加速阶段,大型的基础设施项目如机场、高铁、港口、高速公路等成为了城市和区域加速发展的集中体现,以多式联运为主体的交通枢纽建设成为了核心内容。枢纽建设所涉及的大型项目数量多,规模大,涉及层面众多,一方面将对枢纽区域的经济发展产生积极的带动作用,另一方面也会对城市和区域的空间结构演变产生根本性的影响。进行综合交通枢纽对于区域的空间影响研究,追求可持续发展的区域空间结构,对区域的发展以及进行前瞻性的规划设计有十分重要的意义。 本文选择四川省为主要的研究区域,四川省综合交通枢纽建设为研究对象,以大型的枢纽工程建设对区域空间结构的影响为主线及切入点,考虑到不同类型的交通设施所产生空间效应的差异性,分别从航空港体系、铁路枢纽、高速公路网络以及内河航运港口四个方面探讨它们对四川省区域空间结构的影响。通过综合分析认为,综合交通枢纽建设是影响区域空间结构演变的重要因素,正在促使四川省的区域空间结构向着多中心层次网络化空间格局发展。本文拟分五章,第一章为绪论,主要介绍本文的研究背景和研究意义,以及研究的思路、方法,研究的主要内容及研究框架,说明本文的基本结构。第二章主要梳理国内外对于综合交通枢纽建设的相关理论研究。第三章分别从经济全球化、区域一体化以及地方力量的发展需求几个层面来描述综合交通枢纽建设的宏观背景以及驱动综合枢纽建设热潮的动力。第四章给出本文研究的理论框架,分析综合交通枢纽建设对于区域空间的影响,即提高区域的可达性、改善区域经济结构、促进区域空间结构演化及重塑区域功能。第五章,分析四川省综合交通枢纽建设过程中空间效应,总结出综合交通枢纽对区域多中心多层次网络化格局的形成所发挥的作用。最后,在前文分析的基础上得出结论,并针对我国综合交通枢纽建设过程中所存在的问题提出讨论,为综合交通枢纽的决策、布局和规划提供一定借鉴。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction of integrated transportation hub has become an important aspect in the process of urban and regional development in China. In the era of economic globalization and regional integration, despite the continuous advances in communications technology, face-to-face communication between people remains crucial, from city to city, from region to region. The relationship between the country and the country is becoming more and more close, and the regional revival with the integrated transportation system as the carrier has become the theme of the times. The spatial form of a region is an external expression of the internal elements and its structural relationship, and the influence of transportation on it is very important. The construction of transportation hub project is the main content of comprehensive transportation hub construction and the key factor influencing the evolution of regional spatial structure. Today, China is in the accelerating stage of urbanization. Large infrastructure projects, such as airports, high-speed rail, ports, highways, and so on, have become a concentrated embodiment of the accelerated development of cities and regions. The construction of transportation hub with multimodal transport as the main body has become the core content. The number and scale of the large-scale projects involved in the construction of the hub are large and there are many levels involved. On the one hand, it will have a positive driving effect on the economic development of the hub region. On the other hand, it will have a fundamental influence on the evolution of the spatial structure of cities and regions. It is very important to study the spatial impact of the integrated transportation hub on the regional space and to pursue the regional spatial structure of sustainable development, which is of great significance to the regional development and the prospective planning and design. In this paper, Sichuan Province is chosen as the main research area, the comprehensive transportation hub construction in Sichuan Province is taken as the research object, and the main line and breakthrough point are the influence of large-scale hub construction on the regional spatial structure. Considering the difference of spatial effects of different types of transportation facilities, this paper probes into the effects on the regional spatial structure of Sichuan Province from four aspects: airport system, railway hub, highway network and inland river shipping port. Through comprehensive analysis, it is concluded that the construction of integrated transportation hub is an important factor affecting the evolution of regional spatial structure, which is promoting the development of regional spatial structure of Sichuan Province towards multi-central and networked spatial pattern. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper, as well as the research ideas, methods, main contents and research framework, and explains the basic structure of this paper. The second chapter mainly combs the domestic and foreign related theory research for the comprehensive transportation hub construction. The third chapter describes the macro-background of the construction of integrated transportation hub and the driving force of the upsurge of integrated hub construction from the aspects of economic globalization, regional integration and the development needs of local forces. The fourth chapter gives the theoretical framework of this paper, analyzes the impact of the construction of integrated transportation hub on regional space, that is, to improve the accessibility of the region, improve the regional economic structure, promote the evolution of regional spatial structure and reshape the regional function. The fifth chapter analyzes the spatial effect in the construction of Sichuan integrated transportation hub and summarizes the role of integrated transportation hub in the formation of regional multi-center and multi-level network pattern. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, the conclusion is drawn, and the problems existing in the construction of the integrated transportation hub in China are discussed, which can be used for reference in the decision-making, layout and planning of the integrated transportation hub.
