天津港埠二公司件杂货码头生产率提高途径研究

【摘要】：天津港是中国北方最大的综合性港口，主要从事大宗散货、件杂货和集装箱的装卸运输业务。件杂货一直是天津港的主营业务之一，占据着重要的地位。集团的万吨级杂货泊位主要集中在北疆港区，大都等级较低且堆场仓库紧张。随着区域经济的快速发展,港口的吞吐量也呈现出逐年递增的态势，由此可见要满足未来件杂货吞吐量增长的需要，就必须要提高码头的生产效率。 天津港埠二公司是上个世纪60年代成立的专门作业件杂货的码头装卸公司,见证了天津港的飞速发展乃至全中国的经济腾飞。经历了几次大的货类和船型的变更,在市场对资源优化越来越突出的今天,如何让一个老企业能跟的上市场的发展显得尤为重要。 本论文从港埠二公司的实际问题出发，，首先分析了公司码头资源的现状，分析二公司作为传统件杂货码头所存在的问题。其次分析散杂货的市场前景，从航运市场和货方市场两个方面进行阐述，证明件杂货市场潜力巨大，这对长期从事件杂货装卸的港埠二公司来说是难得的机遇也是前所未有的挑战。最后剖析制约码头综合生产能力因素产生原因及造成的影响，深入探讨提高码头综合生产能力的有效措施和途径，即：以五日滚动计划为理论依据，建立数学模型，运用优化算法达到优化路径，合理配置资源的目的；以计划管理理念为依托，把计划管理渗透到企业各个生产部门中，达到提高生产能力的效果；把以人为本作为公司的核心发展战略之一，完善激励机制，改善人员管理。这一系列改善措施对天津港埠二公司的发展运营具有重要意义，对其它与之类似的企业也有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Tianjin Port is the largest comprehensive port in northern China, mainly engaged in bulk cargo, groceries and containers loading and unloading business. Groceries have been one of the main business of Tianjin Port, occupying an important position. The caravan berth of the group is mainly concentrated in Beijiang Port area, most of which are low grade and the warehouse is tight. With the rapid development of regional economy, port throughput has been increasing year by year. It can be seen that the production efficiency of wharf must be improved in order to meet the need of increasing the throughput of groceries in the future. Tianjin Port & Port Company is a special cargo handling company established in the 1960s, which witnessed the rapid development of Tianjin Port and even the rapid economic development of China. After several changes in cargo class and ship type, how to make an old enterprise to keep up with the development of the market is particularly important today, when the market is becoming more and more important to the optimization of resources. Starting from the practical problems of Port and Port Company, this paper first analyzes the current situation of the company's wharf resources, and analyzes the problems existing in the company as a traditional cargo terminal. Secondly, by analyzing the market prospect of bulk groceries, and expounding the shipping market and the cargo side market, it is proved that the market potential of grocery goods is enormous. This is a rare opportunity and an unprecedented challenge for port II, which has long been loading and unloading groceries. Finally, this paper analyzes the reasons and the influence of restricting the comprehensive production capacity of wharf, and probes into the effective measures and ways to improve the comprehensive production capacity of wharf, that is, based on the theory of the five-day rolling plan, the mathematical model is established. The optimization algorithm is used to achieve the purpose of optimizing the path and rationally allocating resources, and based on the idea of plan management, the plan management is infiltrated into the various production departments of the enterprise to achieve the effect of improving the production capacity. People-oriented as one of the company's core development strategies, improve incentive mechanism, improve personnel management. This series of improvement measures is of great significance to the development and operation of Tianjin Port and Port Company, and also to other similar enterprises.
