“营改增”全国试点对虹口航运企业的影响分析

【摘要】：2012年1月1日上海市率先启动"营改增"试点,2013年8月1日"营改增"扩大到全国范围。全国试点政策与上海政策相比,有部分调整,对企业适应税制改革带来了新的挑战。交通运输业中的航运业是"营改增"的试点行业之一,选择虹口区具有代表性的航运企业,以最新申报数据为基础,重点探讨分析上海企业在执行全国政策后的税负变化和相关影响因素,并提出相关建议,为进一步深化财税体制改革提供思路。
[Abstract]:On January 1, 2012, Shanghai took the lead in launching the pilot project of "camp reform and increase", and on August 1, 2013, "camp reform and increase" expanded to the whole country. Compared with the Shanghai policy, the national pilot policy has some adjustments, which brings new challenges to the enterprises to adapt to the tax reform. The shipping industry in the transportation industry is one of the pilot industries of "business transformation and growth". The representative shipping enterprises in Hongkou District are selected as the basis for the latest reported data. This paper focuses on the analysis of the changes of tax burden and related influencing factors of Shanghai enterprises after implementing the national policy, and puts forward some relevant suggestions to provide ideas for further deepening the reform of the fiscal and taxation system.
