综合安全评估(FSA)在客滚船营运中的应用
[Abstract]:Production safety is the goal we have been pursuing all the time. With the development of economy and society and the progress of science and technology, our expectations and requirements for security are also increasing. As a necessary vehicle between land islands, it is necessary to carry out comprehensive and detailed safety assessment. Based on the "Longxing Island" ship in the operation of China Shipping Co., Ltd., this paper determines the factors influencing the operation safety of the passenger ro / ro ship through field investigation and research and analysis. The factor weight is determined by AHP and the mathematical model of risk evaluation is established by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, in order to give the evaluation result that is in line with the actual situation, and point out the hidden danger of safety and the corresponding treatment method. The work done in this paper is as follows: first, by referring to the relevant documents of FSA method, the literature on the evaluation of the passenger ro / ro ship and the detailed data of the "Longxing Island" vessel in the past, As far as possible fully understand the actual operation of this type of passenger ro / ro ship and the current domestic and foreign research conclusions on the safety evaluation of ro / ro passenger ship. Secondly, compare the methods used in Ro-Ro ship safety evaluation, and introduce FSA comprehensive safety evaluation idea. Thirdly, the factors influencing the safety of the passenger ro / ro ship are determined by the expert investigation method, the weight of the factors is determined by AHP, and the mathematical model of risk evaluation is established by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Fourthly, taking Longxing Island as an example, from the aspects of personnel factor, ship factor, management factor and environment factor, the comprehensive safety evaluation model is used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the risk and harm level objectively. Fifthly, through the comprehensive evaluation of the example of "Longxing Island", the reasonable preventive suggestions and rectification measures are put forward, which can provide practical reference for the safe transportation of the passenger ro / ro ship. The research results of this paper can provide theoretical basis and technical support for improving passenger ro / ro ship operation safety and economic benefit, and provide theoretical support and technical guidance for improving ship management and design. Some analysis results can provide a theoretical reference for the formulation of risk norms and the implementation of comprehensive safety assessment for passenger ro / ro ships. More importantly, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the "Longxing Island" steamer in operation, which is of practical significance.
